See Creator Page Guidelines. It's acceptable if they describe only the creator's works without own pages. Anything that would describe them as a person wouldn't be allowed though.

Although there is a lot of complaining on that page. I understand it's a Mockbuster maker, but the complaining is a little ridiculous.

Vídeo Brinquedo has a YMMV page. Creators aren't allowed to have YMMV pages, right?
