I don't think there is, and that strikes me as being Too Specific. Not saying it can't happen, but I'd dial it back to "Level Locked Content" or "Level Locked Quests" in the same vein as Level-Locked Loot or Forced Level-Grinding if someone ever proposed this at Trope Launch Pad.

There's Years Too Early for "you're not strong enough yet" types of insults.

Is there a trope for when if you try to get a quest and are under the required level the Quest Giver insults you? For example: in Everquest there are quite a few quest givers that do this. They usually say something along the lines of "Why don't you go kill more moss snakes?
