Bumping yet again. Sorry to keep doing it, but this is pretty important.

I've sent another rudeness notifier for the "correcting shitty spelling" edit (apologies if you've already sent one). If they respond badly, I'll let you know.

Yeahh, I think this a good idea to get a mod or two at this point.

Yes, while the notifier is appreciated, I think mod intervention is necessary now. If two previous notifiers, an ATT thread, and a mod warning didn't stop them, I doubt a third notifier will.

Question for Clarification: Has there been more than just the one instance reported in the OP (not counting prior instances since they've already been addressed)?

At the risk of sounding like I'm downplaying the situation, saying we need mod action the first time they slip up after being told off feels like an overreaction.

It may be. My concern mostly comes from the fact that they never really acknowledged rudeness in the first place. The other notifier was apparently replied with denial, and in the thread proper they never truly addressed their very long history of rudeness, just the edit(s) that they were rude about—and, imo, the "looks like you're checking it for me" comment came off as rather snippy but maybe that's just me. It read very much like they were ignoring/dismissing the issue of their behavior, so combined with more rudeness after the fact doesn't look great.

Yeah, it may be an overreaction; I don't take kindly to people acting like jerks and can get touchy about it I guess. Mod intervention may not be necessary for this first offense but I still think it's worth noting.

Thing is, it's so soon after being told off. He didn't even go five edits without rudeness.

Plus, this is rule one. We can't be as lenient.

^ I think that's what Michael Katsuro was saying. It is on him.

IDK I just feel that after all the previous warnings I mentioned before, coupled with no acknowledgement on Johnny's part, this doesn't feel like a "slip up".

Mea culpa; I actually suspended them yesterday but forgot to announce it.
