Yuugi/Parsee actually makes sense if you go based on their personalities rather than going LOL THEY NEVER MET IT'S SO IMPOSSIBLE.

I'm pretty sure Akyu x Mokou is a "motif" thing. After all, one has the longest lifespan for a terrestrial human in Touhou canon, and the other has the shortest lifespan. There is NO chance that this could POSSIBLY go wrong!!

Mokou and Akyuu are seen together fairly frequently in fanon. Both associated with Keine. Though if it's the picture I think it is, it wasn't actually shipping so much as trying to be funny.

Flan and Sunny look kind of similar and act kind of similar. And I think they have met.

Depends on what your threshold for weirdness is. In a general case, it would probably be the second one, because it's less "I thought you might find this cute" and more "I want you with me at all times." Although I do like the idea of Alice having dolls of all the various Touhou characters made, I have a tendency to depict it as somewhat normal, like it's just something she does, because she doesn't seem like the person who'd be doing that kind of thing out of creepy stalkerness. It's just her craft and she's inspired by the people around her.
