I really hate it when that happens....
At least we have some good news: The Marcy and Simon comics are selling well. Even Olivia Olson is advertising the comics on social media.
Someone on Reddit check out the sales and found out that Season 11 was actually not selling THAT bad compared to the rest of their Cartoon Networks titles.
Season 11 ended today. Marcy and Simon will still continue. It's only six issues, after all.
Oh, and by the way, the comic implies that Finn and Huntress Wizard are still a thing. At least they addressed that before the cancellation.
It was proven in fact that Adventure Time comics (including Season 11) were nearly top selling comics from "Boom! Studios", based on Cartoon Network media, so their justifycation about "low sales" in regards to cancellation seems to be a lie (otherwise they need to cancel a lot of their Cartoon Network titles, which sold less than "Adventure Time: Season 11", like Steven Universe comics, Regular Show comics and Gumbald ones).

This is quite bizarre, most companies would rather peal their own skin off than cancel their most lucrative series.
Ted Anderson (the main writer of the S11 comic) did a AMA on Discord last weekend. Said AMA revealed a lot of stuff. Here.
And the reason why the comic was cancelled is because it was selling below BOOM's expectations, even if the comic was the top-selling CN comic by the publisher.
