Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

I’d say Blizzard died when they added Bridgette to Overwatch
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…"""""Fun""""" fact: the reported failure of Reforged plus the whole Blitzchung/China thing was the last straw for my brother deciding to wipe his computer of Blizzard products aside from emulations of their older games. We both decided not to buy any more stuff from them again.

Self-serious autistic metalhead who goes by any pronouns. (avvie template source)You shouldn’t be, they are total bootlockers for China
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…Overwatch and the WC 3 remaster now have the dubious honor of joining my "Games I Never Wanna Play" list, also inhabited by the likes of League of Legends, Fortnite, and the Call of Duty series (the first MW comes closest to breaking out of that bubble).
Self-serious autistic metalhead who goes by any pronouns. (avvie template source)I can understand the first two, but you have never lived until you play MW2
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…I hate the Call Of Duty franchise with burning passion. Almost ruined FP Ses, but I am glad the whole "modern military shooter" subgenre is dead or mostly dead these days. Ironically, I am fine with the first game... and the fourth game, the OG Modern Warfare.
It hurts when Activision also forced Raven Software to assist with Call Of Duty games after their Singularity underperformed.
Well, it’s worth mentioning that Jeff Kaplin has publicly spoken out against Blitzchuns ban...
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…And then there's me, with a disproportionately large library for one that won't ever contain a single FPS.
SoundCloudI love FPSs. Anything from Doom to Call Of Duty
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…Don't worry, feeling's mutual.
As for me, FP Ses but some action or adventure or whatever games. I am down for a lot of games, but not all.

Favorite game of all time is Half-Life 2, really.
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…I'm sure Overwatch is plenty of fun if you can get a circle of friends who are into it together...and manage to avoid dealing with the sheer lows the community can sink to. Alas, I've never been a big FPS guy.
Self-serious autistic metalhead who goes by any pronouns. (avvie template source)It’s mainly because it’s an important game for me personally, for reasons that I feel are too embarrassing to explain.
I can't say goodbye to yesterday…I mostly avoid multiplayer games, but I'd be down for an Unreal Tournament match or two. Quake 3 is way too pro/competitive for me, while Unreal Tournament hits that balance between pro/competitive and casual/not overly competitive fun.

Most of my games are RPGs, predominately of the Japanese variety, but not to the point of exclusion, and platformers.
SoundCloudCoconut, Pineapple, and Milk?
I'm not a fan of shooter games in general, except for Team Fortress 2, which I don't even play - I just like the art style and characters. Other than that, though, I don't care that much about genres.
Indeed, but you cannot trust Activision with this. Neither can you Blizzard! The Blizzard of old days is long gone.
...on another note, @Deme, may I interest you with this fan project for Reforged called Warcraft Chronicles of the Second War?
