Just post whatever comes to mind.
Please refrain from excess venting in this thread. Talking about negative emotions is fine but it's best not to dwell on them for too long. TV Tropes is not suited to deal with mental health situations.
If Oscar Wilde had lived in our time, he would be a /b/tard.
Actually, scratch that. He does, and goes by Jethro Q Walrustitty.

No, because when someone says that, they're pissed at you, justly or not.
Some adverts I swear are made to be heard on repeat
New theme music also a boxI think I'm going to take a break from people for a bit. I just need to find some time to relax.
“We’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.” - Lewis CarrollI wonder how do people on reddit but elsewhere, think if you're not an attractive woman, you're suddenly political showing diversity down everyones throats or something.
How tf does that work? Same goes if you're not white. How do these people pull off such massive mental gymnastics?
Due to an accident involving a school bus, people are calling for seatbelts in school buses... Why wasn't this done decades ago? I've never been in a school bus with working seatbelts. Public buses also don't have seatbelts. I've never understood why.
x2 Ever tried to stop going to these places?
I did, but I let my curiosity get the better of me.

Until I read about it on Wikipedia, I never knew what sad vibes the song "Chandelier" actually has.

That’s why I tend to hang out in the wholesome threads.
If there's a book you want to read, but it hasn't been written yet, then you must write it. Toni MorrisonIf you can abbreviate macaroni and cheese as MAC, does that mean when you say mac and cheese you're actually saying macaroni and cheese and cheese?
The true power of us human beings is that we can change ourselves on our own.I thought mac was just short for macaroni?

I like to keep my audience riveted.HailMuffins is right, I am gonna combat going to those shitty places but I am curious what thought process goes in for these people.
Hey Muffins, do tell me if you can: how did these people equate all of that to politics? You have very politically-charged games but they don't bat an eye. Have someone who is trans and black, they're like "MUH POLITICS"
How the fuck did they reach to such conclusion, I'll never understand.

Simple: a game (or anything, really) is only "political" when they disagree with the politics in it.
Classic misdirection tactic.

Have you ever wanted to cook something based on the smell alone?
I like to keep my audience riveted.Anger management is funny. You make yourself stop feeling your feelings for someone else's benefit.
Tangerines remind me of Winter, especially Christmas and New Years a lot. The smell they have helps in cold weather too. Why I associate them with that, I guess ever since I was little.
Does Santa put them in your stocking like he does mine?
I just planted a tangerine tree yesterday.

When someone says "You should feel grateful", it sounds condescending.
"You should appreciate the good we've given you, and shut up about the bad."
Is there a better way to say that that doesn't sound condescending?
