What, is he about to? Or did he get dangerously close?

"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."They on the bed and had have some foreplay and now the aunt is having a flashback about when she was young and in being close with her brother (the MC's father) and when she meet him the first time when he was a baby during his mom funeral. Also the aunt still a virgin.

E.T technically is a Isekai movieI decided to give Soul Eater another watch, given that Fire Force has the same original mangaka, Atsushi Ohkubo.
Spelunking through a Halo Ring is something else...I think the Soul Eater anime goes off the rails compared to the manga at some point IIRC, so maybe try the manga? That was pretty solid.
"...in the end the Shadow was only a small and passing thing: there was light and high beauty for ever beyond its reach."Yeah, I would recommend reading manga as well.
Anime was... not terrible, but it definitely doesn't help that Soul Eater was monthly manga and adapting those to weekly anime have... not exactly great results.
I assure you, I'm a completely trustworthy person.Second episode of Slayers Excellent down.
Yeah, with every episode, I become more and more understanding of Lina never wanting to talk about Naga under any circumstances.
That's someone you'd want to forget.
One Strip! One Strip!Slayers Excellent finished.
You know, I more or less said the exact same thing for my posts on the first and second OVAS by accident.
Third times a charm: I can totally see why Lina wants to forget about Naga.
That being said, battling fashion robot houses was not what I was expecting.
I'm debating whether to watch the movies before I finally get back into the T.V. series with Revolution and Evolution-R. I pretty much know what to expect with Naga, but now I feel like having come so far with her, might as well see the rest of her stuff before I watch her interact with the entire gang (even if she doesn't remember herself).
One Strip! One Strip! So I did end up decided to watch the movies, and have just finished Slayers the Motion Picture.
Between Lina casting her first on screen Dragon Slave in the OVA continuity (which is technically still the regular continuity) and Rowdy's last name along with the Sword of Light, we got a lot of references to her future here.
Though I understand this movie may not totally be canon or something. I'm not totally clear on it
You know, with all the Slayers episodes I've been talking about, I feel like I should just start a General Slayers thread. Sure it's an old ass series (with it's last broadcasted episodes from back in 2008-2009) but I'd rather do that than keep clogging this thread with stuff about it, and it feels like it should have a thread of it's own too.
One Strip! One Strip!Problem is that such a thread would die off pretty quickly.
Tge last time Slayers ever had anything released was when, a decade ago? Most of the discussion has already been done, really.
It's why this thread was created in the first place: to talk about random crap that it's unlikely to result in much debate.
And speaking off: who else watched EP 0 of the FGO anime? Holy shit, the montage at the beginning with Roman is just so heartbreaking. Pity I can't go into why without spoiling the story.
Would it?
I mean YuYu Hakusho has a thread, and nobody knew they'd make an OVA of the final manga chapters at all. It's also been over for far longer than Slayers (since Slayers had Revolution and Evolution-R just ten years ago).
But I kinda see your point.
One Strip! One Strip!@Handsome Rob: If you like cheese and over the top action, I'd recommend Symphogear to you.
Watch Symphogearx2 Well, I just checked the page for Slayers and it says the author will start writing a new arc, so who knows, really?
But just to point out the obvious, Yu Yu Hakusho seems (or at least, in my neck of the woods) to be way more popular than Slayers and it is one of the landmark titles in the Shounen genre, alongside Dragon Ball and Saint Seiya, so it remains relevant for historical reasons.
Either, just don't feel bummed out if the thread ends up not standing around for long.
I don't think there's anything wrong with making a thread considering the the tropes page for it is fairly substantial, and people seem happy to discuss it here.
Maybe double check the forum rules? But I personally like it when the forums have threads for older series.
Seeing discussion happening is enough for me to get interested into checking out a series sometimes.
"But if that happened, Melia might actually be happy. We can't have that." - Handsome RobSo, does anyone remember the 1997 classic anime called Revolutionary Girl Utena? Me and my mum used to watch it a lot when it was on vcr. So I was wondering, where do we find the dvds of this show? My mum was thinking on rewatching the series again

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."It’s highly regarded
I think it’s Ikuhara’s most universally praised work
@vicarious Another one would be Sarazanmai or Penguindrum.
Yeah... Ikuhara works are interesting to look at sometimes.
"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."The hell it is.
One Strip! One Strip!I like the image I saw of a cute twin tail girl handing it to someone
x3 In that case I'm quite proud.

"Making screw-ups and mistakes was I ever really good at. Because everything I touch went to hell."Meh. The Tsundere archetype as a whole as run its course for me, and only really well done versions of it I can tolerate.
Watch Symphogear
Not yet, but close.
