While looking for it, I came up with a bunch of hilarious quotes.

Ef: When he finishes the manuscript, then I'll be the one who won't be able to sleep. Kyaa! Oh no! - Miyako Miyamura

Ef: Miyako: "He told me, 'Kyousuke gets yelled by girls seven days a week.' Kyousuke: Hirono, you ass....''

Ef: It's because I love you Shindou. - Kyousuke

Not very original, but considering the context in which this was spoken, and by whom, it was pretty cool.

Man, Shuffle has so many hilarious exchanges and quotes. Probably the funniest VN imo.

I really liked this from Kira Kira, Chie route, when they are sneaking into the cult's building:

Chie: What if there's a hole in the floor, and they lock me in the basement, and sell me to a foreign country? We'll never see each other again.

And of course, there are the Precision F Strikes, Sarina's "It was a very nice fuckin' tea. Thank you very much, fuck." and later "Eat Shit, that's all".

Now is that a typo by Fire_X, a typo by the translators, or does it all make sense it context?

That's a translator mishap. It's terrible, but it's really great at the same time. I couldn't read on for a while when I reached that part because I was laughing too hard. Kira Kira really is a hilarious VN, intentionally and unintentionally.

There is a bit in Aeka's route in Yume Miru Kusuri I like a lot. At one point the Kyoka, the girl who had been bullying Aeka throughout the route is holding scissors at her throat. Aeka just smiles and politely tells her that she might as well kill her, because if she doesn't Aeka will eventually flip out and kill her.

Damn. Now I want to install that game and play it again just to get to that quote.

From FSN, UBW, there was that scene when Shirou and Archer called each other "idiot" about twenty times in a row. I don't have it right now.

Well, there is this really good one I've heard about Oysters and Ice cream cones. Can't quite place my finger on it, though.

Oh, and this isn't a quote, but the Shiro, Rin and Lancer exchange about "stay away from her" was pretty damn hilarious, even more so with the voices.

Oh boy, do I love that quote. One of the most awesome lines of the Main Protagonist, in one of the most heartwarming moments of Tokimeki Memorial 2.
