4th post... And this list did not include my most fav pokemon, but it did have some I liked.

^^^ Incomplete details haven't stopped me before (see the PC Round), plus I don't anticipate any of them actually making it to the finish, given how frosty the current reception is towards them. So, any other suggestions for Round 10 then? EDIT: Oh yeah, Turtwig also developed a big hatedom for his win during that round, so I suspect that he might not carry a redux of the starter round.

And doing starter thing before release of 5th gen would result in bias. Most of people grow fond of starters ONLY after the release.

Not a post, just an answer to the above question...

^ When I posted after rumetzen's post (which came after yours), that reset my post limit (since it's a two-turn gap). Had you waited a little longer, you would have posted after me (two-turn gap), and reset your post limit back to 5 as opposed to the one you have left at the moment. It's fine though, just something you might want to think about in the future...

EDIT: Hrm, I guess that is a fairly good point about the starters. I guess I'll pick a different topic for Round 10 (Gen I-IV Grass-Types anyone?)

There's one problem with doing the starters over again, with the Gen V ones added— we don't know what they evolve into yet. That could sway people's votes.

Yeah, I think I'll wait until all of the rest of the starter lines become known, then I'll start it...

And after so many times I've been baffled, it still surprises me what Pokemon some people consider cool or cute. Pokemon is fascinating that way. I only wish I could talk to people about why exactly they like the ones they like... for one, it's just too hard to actually know why a design attracts you, and then there's the fact that there'd easily be hard feelings involved...
