Obviously not. Even ignoring the simplification to 'people found it offensive', deleting a page like that and locking it requires consensus.

See here as to why we got rid of Stonetoss. We have plenty of pages focusing on works nearly everybody will find offensive (like Mein Kampf and The Turner Diaries); the core problem with Stonetoss is that the comic promotes views that could easily be considered alt-right, yet the creator himself denies that, meaning that it was difficult to trope neutrally without coming off as promoting hate speech. Contrast this with something like Racial Holy War, which is completely open about its bigoted nature and doesn't hide behind an ambiguous curtain of irony in order to deflect criticism.
