Calling in favor of expanding the trope to be defined as a human character lacking a belly button as a visual cue that they had an unusual birth, including artificial creation and non-mammalian birth, and cleaning up all other examples, as well as renaming.

I hooked a crowner, and this is probably the longest alt titles crowner I've seen in a while, and that's even after I omitted some suggestions that struck me as either unclear, unfitting, or too dialogue-like.
