If that's the case, we should also look at the image on the live-action films subpage as well, since it only shows one masked person
—signature not found—I like the OP, but what's the source?
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.The source is The Movement.
I'm not sure live-action page image needs to be changed, at least that one shows a malevolent-looking person wearing a mask. The only person in the main page image doesn't have a mask, just clown makeup.
I see, it's just that you said it was about a group
The image suggestion is good.
—signature not found—To the suggestion.
If possible, could it be recropped? There's a slice on the left hand side that looks like it's from another panel.
These are of the Court of Owls from Batman, I can put them in an image links entry after closing.

7.1 is a great illustration of the trope, better than my suggestion. Gets my vote.
7.1 or 7.3 are good.
Pull current on MalevolentMaskedMen.Live Action Films for only showing one person.
I actually find 7.1 to be the creepiest (which is part of the trope), so it has my vote.

7.1 is great.
(Annoyed grunt)
7.1 is great, fits the creepiness of this trope

For the caption, maybe "Hoo should you fear?"? Too context-dependent?

Made me lol
No consensus on a caption, closing.
The trope is about about a group of people wearing masks that make them look malevolent. But the page image shows one dude not wearing a mask surrounded by a bunch of floating masks not worn by anyone. It seems a better fit for the Monster Clown trope than for this one.
As for a replacement, looking at comic books examples on the page, there's this image, which meets both the "group of people wearing masks" and "malevolence" requirements:
