Weird, the description and the laconic give you two different meanings. The former is about the subject being taken over by a meme, but the latter says otherwise.

EDIT: Actually on a closer reading of the trope description, I think Synchro is right. This thing may need a TRS run.

No, it just seems like it has a crappy laconic which only captures a part of the meaning, only mentioning that sentences and memes can be interrupted, not anything else.
Edit: I think it needs TRS for a different reason. The description is about stuff being interrupted by memes, and I assume the work is supposed to be the one interrupted, but almost all the examples I've seen so far are about works where the interrupting meme comes from.
Anyways, let's get back on topic.

The examples also contradict the description, but on the other hand, it's not YMMV unlike other meme tropes.
I'd like to apologize for all this. The point of me bringing up the description is that I don't think either the current or the suggestion fits the description.

article, video or similar, in which the subject at hand gets flipped, turned upside-down, so I'd like to take a minute, just sit right there, I'll tell you how—
It does.
Look at examples, it appears to be about memes that by their nature interrupt the flow of conversation or narrative.
Laconic and description don't do a clear job of explaining that. Definitely needs a TRS pass.

I don't understand what the bolded words have to do with anything. That is a line from the Fresh Prince theme song in an attempt to be self-demonstrating, not literally suggesting something should be turned upside down.
The suggestion just looks like a fandom thing slapped on top of another fandom thing.
What I mean is that a video (like anime) can be flipped upside down, changed up (like a roblox character suddenly appearing)

Here's a (maybe weak) suggestion:
Due to the nature of the article, put it just before the Video Games folder instead of the usual location.
Source is BlazBlue: Central Fiction
I don't understand. I'm not familiar with the work so I don't know the context.
It's a general Fighting Game meme, from the article:
"Trying to play a Fighting Game at the arcade *coin(s) is / are inserted* in one-player mode may be difficult *player presses player 2 start button* becau—HERE COMES A NEW CHALLENGER! "
Crowner's hooked.
Crown Description:
Interrupting Meme
...Reading the description, I take back my previous post. The trope is about people speaking in memes to the detriment of a conversation (probably should be an audience reaction since the examples are not in universe), not memes about things interrupting other things.
