Yeah... this is gross and weird. Pull it for having an awful quality. Not too sure about replacing it with the Flashback guy image since he's barely there, and what's visible of him is still an explicit nipple.

Ehhhhh...we may be able to do better quality-wise, but even though the dude's got boobs on his face, I don't find it NSFW in the way that would merit yoinking the pic. I'd rather put it in a clickable caption so people can choose whether or not to see it. Flashback's pic should be easy to find a different option for.

I couldn't find any policy about this, but it seems weird to say an image is acceptable for a hidden note, but not an image. The closest thing I found was discouraging "Titillation links" on No Lewdness, No Prudishness and the rule against "anything explicit" on Image Links Wiki but those are both vaguely worded and do not have nipple-related exemptions.

On the character page The Boys: Diabolical, there's one character named Booby-Face (whose power is exactly what's on his face). The problem is there's the character image on this page that shows nudity due to this character's nature and Flashback character image shows part of Booby-Face behind him. I think Bobby-Face image should be removed because of a cartoon breast and replace Flashback's character image.
