As of Mad-Lib Fantasy Title being redirected to Title Tropes, Genre Title Grab Bag only has two pages on it, making it incredibly barebones as an index. We've previously discussed small indexes in the past, but none of them were nearly as small as this one.
My proposal is to redirect it to Title Tropes to preserve inbounds, since there's no reason for this index to be separate from that index, particularly because a work page with this amount of tropes would be considered a stub due to three being the minimum for work pages; I'm not sure if there's a minimum for indexes, but just having two is still pushing it.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.
