Reading the trope description, the suggestion doesn't seem to match it.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.
It is listed as an example, so maybe the example is wrong, idk. I thought it matched.

...I'm the one who added the example, I did ask in the "Is This An Example?" thread and was told it was okay. But then again, everyone makes mistakes, so maybe they were wrong and it actually isn't an example.

that the description is extremely unclear and confusing, which doesn't help at all.
Going by the laconic, I think it does count. It treats the comforting words as if they're super kinky stuff.

I think that if we are about to put the trope to TRS, then it might not be a good idea adding an image. I'd wait until the TRS is resolved.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us. Considering the TRS Queue, it'll probably take a while before then.
1.2 works for now, I think? TRS is a separate matter. The queue is not mandatory.

I still think it could count, in that a very tame thing to do (complimenting your partner) is being treated like it's an extreme BDSM act.
EDIT: After thinking about it some more, I actually think it's not an example after all. The trope is more about kinky people fetishizing vanilla relationships, which is not what's being shown in the image.

I agree with you tbh — if it fits at all, it’s in a really roundabout way.
