According to the page's history, it's existed since 2012. Its wicks definitely need to be cleaned, but if its use hasn't exploded by now I doubt it will any time soon.

No, it won't be edit warring to put it back as you are following wiki procedure. The troper who added it back was the person who added the original entry so I suspended them for edit warring and deleted the entry off the page.

I'm tempted to say that if you're not sure what to do with an example, the default option would be to delete it, following the principle of deleting ZCEs when doing TRS wick cleanup on the grounds that there's no way to tell if they're valid.

I just spent the past twenty minutes trying to locate an entry I may have deleted (but maybe not) from some unknown piece of media that's in my brain as "she kills her parents then her hair turns red" after I realized it could fit Locked into Strangeness which I had dismissed at the time but now backpedal on. But I have no clue what it was or when I looked at it or what I did to it and I can't find it again. The ones I leave are more of a "maybe someone more versed in stuff could put it in a fitting trope that I might be ignoring if I just delete it now" but like yeah. Second-guessing myself 24/7 both online and offline, that's me.

You Gotta Have Blue Hair is intended to be used for unnatural hair colors that make it easier to tell characters apart. Unfortunately, as is often the case for appearance tropes, it has garnered a lot of ZCEs of the "character X has Y-colored hair" variety. What should be done with it?
Just a heads up, but I noticed a new redirect for Hair Colors called Technicolor Hair
which seems to be a mix of misuse of World of Technicolor Hair and just plain chairs. It's only 10 wicks, but thought I'd point it out before it turns into another monster.
