Wait, what are you talking about, Chester?
>Fuck it, examine the rest of the bathroom. Never know what potential murder weapons might be lying around in here.
Chester looks shaken.
As you may have surmised from my talk about the Guiteau-Czolgolsz team before (Who from hereon I will refer to as Charles and Leon's team, because I have great difficulty pronouncing Leon's last name), I am part of a group who are the most bitter enemies of them. One of our ordinary, low ranking members was posted here for some time, watching for activity from that team. Their name evades me, but they were designated 4442538-3. They sent reports in as normal, with no signs of the team, up until they vanished entirely. This place is... Was part of MAE, a corporation you may know. And I do not know for certain...
...but I suspect that what happened that caused one of our own to vanish without trace is happening again. And whereas the team just leaves us bleeding and dead, they do not simply make us drop off the grid. They make it known. This group we have fallen in against, I fear, is far more insidious, and quite possibly just as dangerous.
...can you please repeat that
[Chandra just gave a confused look on her face thanks to Chester Alan Arthur.]
..I don't get it.
Basically, this place belongs to an evil organization and we need to get out of here and stop whoever's spearheading this operation. In no particular order.
It means I know what SHOULD be in the forbidden rooms, at very least the upstairs one. It also means I have a suspicion on what could be in the lower one. The upstairs one was the office of the site manager. So naturally, I doubt much has been changed in there.
The lower one was merely an office, I believe... However, what happened to our agent and the other staff in the building may be sealed within. Or perhaps a yet darker secret.
>examine the screens
Hmmm... Mr. President, I have a feeling the Guiteau-Czolgolsz team you mentioned has a connection to the goings on of both MIRA and MAE... maybe that's why I was sent here...
I wonder if whoever caught us is related to Team DanganRonpa. It seems pretty suspicious that they chose to capture me of all people.
Quite possibly my red-suited friend, They've been hunting us for nearly six years. We've had to go into hiding in many places. Why, just a few years ago, they caught my predecessor, Pastafarian Garfield, and murdered him. And just days ago, I got news that they murdered William Mcsteven-Kingly too. Perhaps they remain active elsewhere also? Perhaps this too is one of their schemes, But I hope not, for they are known for their horrific brutality. We must be ready for anything, for their plans are unknown, but wicked in ambition all the same.
CATS examines the screens... they also seem infected somehow. Some kind of virus.. or parasite? And on closer inspection...
"So looking like kind of... digital parasite or similar... not being active currently, but pretty sure of connection to strange plants. Ones with circuitboard marks?"
Circuit board marks on plants? Where was that?''
Plants infected with a virus... The greenhouse! Follow me!
>Go to the greenhouse and investigate the infected plants
> Follow Junko
"Knowing... the greenhouse plants? Specific, strange red ones, with the circuit markings..."
>go back to greenhouse
Ah, those ones. Interesting. If I remember correctly, MIRA was doing an initiative regarding "taking bioengineering to another level", technologically modified plants and what not. But what are they doing here and why? What purpose does MAE have for them? There has to be a connection...
Yeah, the red tinted plants are still there! Upon further investigation, they do have the same signs of being infected with this digital parasite.
Some of those infected plants are cannabis. Hmmm...
>Check if the head cannabis is also infected
...Okay, never mind, it's not infected, cool. Crisis averted, I'm blazing tonight.
"Infection... spreading? Or... were those set up the infection in first place?"
> Inspect closer
>investigate infected cannabis plants
>Inspect the infected plants and the carnivorous plants as well
