With Warner Media announcing another round of job cuts, and HBO Max desperately looking for a Killer App even as John Oliver relentlessly mocks the service, I’m not surprised they tried to get a Green Lantern series goes ASAP as well as a lot of just quantity of content to contend with their streaming rivals.

confirms the line-up of Lanterns will include Guy Gardner, Jessica Cruz, Simon Baz and Alan Scott

Alan Scott will be gay in the show as well, staying true to his character development from the last decade or so (give or take a few reality alterations)

I assume if hal and Stewart are off limits. I think sinisetro will be left for the films (same with atrocius). So if I had to pick someone I think they'll probably go with Krona ?

Sinestro, at least, is slated to appear. No word on if he'll be the Big Bad or anything, but he and Kilowog have been mentioned.

I feel like John has stepped into the role of the lantern right now, due to his appearances in other media since Justice League.
Plus, it feels like DC is kinda avoiding using Hal much in a lot of other media since the failed Green Lantern movie. It was years ago, but he's still paying for it.

Barring video games and animated series anyway, as Hal continues to star some kind of role in Injustice, Justice League Action, and DC Super Hero Girls.
Now that I think about it, Kyle Rayner's appearances are more sparse by comparison. His last appearance in animated form was in a MAD sketch apparently.
Though he was later in LEGO Barman 3 as a White Lantern, ironically voiced by Josh Keaton.

He is. Jessica quickly made her way into DC Super Hero Girls, and also had Justice League vs. The Fatal Five. And this was maybe a few years after her introduction.
Baz hasn't really been in anything but the comics....and if you recall, he showed up first before Jessica.

Yeah this is Simon's first major media appearance ever barring a plyable appearance in one of the lego games.
So now he and Kyle are tied with Kyle's sole appearance in the Superman cartoon.
Huh so Jess is already active and Simon's a newbie. All that leaves is Hal, John, and Kyle unaccounted for here.

Kyle had one appearance in STAS, you can't say that he ever got his own leading role in a tv show or movie, really. Guy at least tends to be a recurring guest.
