If we could update the first post of the MEH cleanup with the new requirements that would be the best place. Is that possible?
Does the effort post requirement mean examples must wait until the characters story is foreseeably concluded?
Are we now enforce the one example only?
Given the sheer volume of old MEH examples I assume removing them should be case by case as opposed to just zapping them unless blatant misuse, right?

Also, regarding the other question I think the new definition supersedes the previous crowner. After all, the whole reason why we went through 3 crowners here is because the first one turned out to be unworkable.
