Tending toward agreement, the context is largely dependent on the caption.
Yeah, pull.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.Pull it.
<(0_0<) <(0_0)> (>0_0)> KIRBY DANCEThat illustrates the trope title rather than the trope itself. Pull it.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Keep Until Better Image Suggested. It's not great, but I can sort of see the trope in it.
Why do so many other people just post "pull" without explaining why or offering a replacement suggestion, which often leads to the thread dying out after the image is pulled?

Keet cleanupWhy keep? Why do you keep making these keep votes (heh) despite everyone saying otherwise without providing a reason why you think it's keepable? Please stop that. And I personally agree it should be pulled, I don't really see exactly who the owner is or if they are confused about the cat's gender or angry at something else. Overall, it's too caption-reliant.

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)...because pulling an image without replacement is a valid option?
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Exactly. Just pulling the image and closing the thread afterwards is acceptable if no-one posts suitable replacement ideas. A new thread can always be started later. Now, sometimes people just vote "pull" without saying why and sometimes just vote "keep" without saying why. It can happen if the OP's reasoning is strong enough and people agree with it for the former or if the OP's reasoning is poor and the image is okay for the latter (doesn't have to be OP, can be post 2 like here). Besides, is just saying the opposite vote to everyone else going to help that much? And hey, I don't see the trope in it per what I said.

Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)Replacement idea: it might be a bit of a stretch, but what about the last panel of this comic?
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.I personally mean a "pull" post with nothing else as "I have nothing better to add but I agree with everyone else that it should be pulled". It is better to have an imageless page than a page with an not-illustrative image.
Also, pull. The important part of the trope (realizing that a creature previously thought one sex is the opposite because of some sex characteristic) is not apparent in the current, which just looks like a litter of kittens that someone doesn't like.

Pull current. I'm familiar with the original work, but out of context, the image doesn't indicate that the trope actually occurred.
Not fond of the suggestion two posts above mine, either. That said, I highly doubt this trope is a BUPKIS case.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.Pull for requiring context.

(Annoyed grunt)Looking over the page's webcomic section, this could work (panel 2), or this one (panel 3).
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Pull current.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?I like both of those...not sure which I prefer.
The second.
(Annoyed grunt)Agreed, it's more concise.
The first, because the zoom in the second makes it hard to see what's going on (other than speech bubbles).
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I agree. The text is good in the second, but the non-speech bubble parts are less clear.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass. That second pic would work well as the page quote. The current page quote awkwardly requires an explanatory note in the middle of it.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!I agree.
Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass.16.1 as image and 16.2 text as page quote, per Spark 9's arguments.
Currently mostly inactive. An incremental game I tested: https://galaxy.click/play/176 (Gods of Incremental)I actually like 14.1 better than either 16.1 or 16.2.
The universe is under no obligation to make sense to us.

Nominations for replacement images:
I don't have any better ideas, but we should at least pull the current.
