Welcome to HGS: Another Side Another Story. It is a roleplay spinoff for the Hunger Games Simulator forum game, akin to both the RP's in the Roleplaying section as well as the ITTs in Forum Games. It tells the story of the Hunger Games in the Arena of Panem, the nominators who sent the tributes, the tributes themselves both in and out of the Arena or even other people relevant to the Games. In addition, it also tells their stories beyond the Arena.
You can jump right in with any character, like your nominator self, your tributes, etc. The structure of this RP will be open-world. Don't worry about not being skilled/experienced enough or being new to RP'ing. Finally, ASAS accepts any skill level or RP style. Other than these, there are some important rules to note, which are:
- No godmodding will be allowed or tolerated here. The offending player will be given punishment depending on the severity.
- Please communicate anything important you plan on another player with the said player first. Don't just execute it without their consent.
- Don't be rude to other players, both out and in-universe. This extends to RP offenses like railroading, guilt-tripping, coercing, or other forms of forcing them.
- This RP is related to the Hunger Games Simulation:Beyond the Possibilities forum game. Thus it will have events based from that game, including the tributes. This means if you want to RP as tributes, please nominate them officially on the thread first, with misses not being counted. This has to be done after an incident with a player who hasn't joined the game itself yet.
- Since this RP is Loose Canon in relation to the main HGS thread, the host's interpretation of events isn't necessarily 100% canon. Every player has the right to deviate from what the host says and go with their own interpretations. If multiple players have their tributes involved in the same event(s), please communicate with each other so that you're on the same page regarding how you see them.
- This RP chronicles the lives of the nominators and their tributes behind the scenes. While dark plots are acceptable, the overall tone of the RP should be light-hearted and comedic. This RP is not a Cosmic Horror Story or action story about defeating evil. It is a Slice of Life comedy with some adventure to it, first and foremost. Our previous RP, Convergence, is not representative of the intended tone, and the grimdark tone of that RP is one of the main reasons it was retooled.
- Nominators and tributes alike can transform into Pokemon whenever they enter a Pokemon Mystery Dungeon World (but they can bypass this with certain items/methods or shapeshifting) or via other means outside it such as a season event, Transformation Trinkets, or shapeshifting. The players are free to choose the Pokéforms that best suit their characters and even give them color schemes outside the standard and Shiny colors, but there is a hard rule for this. If you want your character's Pokéform to be a Legendary, Mythical, or Ultra Beast, please ask the RP mods for approval. Outside the Arena, these Pokéforms are still OP, but we want to give leeway for tributes who theoretically can have them such as deities.

Detective Gamechanger's Base
A sharp-dressed man in a green suit and yellow tie is standing by the entrance of the base. He is of average height and has whitish skin, though still a bit darker. He is Billy, one of the nominators and the organizer of the party.
Indeed, after the nominators' returned and settled their problems, they decide to have fun with a party. Billy also sent invites for all the other nominators out there, as well as basically anyone else, including tributes, non associated parties, interested nominators who haven't participate yet, or even those who just wants to hang out.
The place itself in the base is refurbished for party purposes. Fancy chairs and tables are set everywhere for people to relax, as well as put food and other objects for the latter. There's also various collections showcased, including those belonging to the Detective, like his classic cars. Various themes to the base are set too, including detective noir as GC would have preferred.
Billy is now awaiting for other guests to arrive. He is also ready to give them a pleasant surprise during the party pertaining to his nation.

Hanging Out
After Tabby gets a bite to eat,she noticed that Magolor has replied to her message.
"Oh,you have those creatures of your own? A cake and bon-bon? Interesting..."
"You know what,I'll send you a map of the power spots I made so you can observe them from afar. They love to be around them like some hot spring. What do you you call these creatures again? I don't think they have a species name."
She checks her inbox some more unread emails and then closes her laptop.
"It's Six's birthday but I dunno what to get her.Wait I know."
She eyes one of the pretzels.
"I could send her one of these. I'm sure Mimi wouldn't mind a new 'friend' and plus she could help study these creatures once she's done with training."
She puts on some latex gloves to take one of the pretzels,puts it in a box with holes punched out,and ships it to the Database Library using the teleporter.
Tabby then emails her about her birthday present.
"Hey there,6k1. I dunno if I'm late or not due to time zones but I got you a present that’s at the library right now. Anyway sorry for being a pest but I hope you have a great rest of your birth month."
"Tabby!"
"What?"
"The games are about to start!"
"Already? After this long? I'm coming to watch it with the rest of you."
"Great."

The Database Library, Basement
Ally finishes making her gift for 6k1 and sees Tabby's gift for the DM being warped in. She scans it and emails the Science Center:
This pretzel was infused with a meteor fragment at the picnic. We cannot keep it in the basement because we do not know if it could cause property damage, so we are delivering it to the Tribute Research Lab for further investigation.
She sets the coordinates on the teleport pad and sends the pretzel creature on their way. Ally also notifies Tabby and 6k1 of this, informing the former that Mimi's with Fluttershy, so there's no way the Starble could eat the pretzel at the moment. The Databot then checks the Arena feed and frowns at Tiana being run over by Jane Foster's Transforming Mecha.
Pretending to be deceased in the Bloodbath was not the most optimal decision for her...
She also tries wrapping her databanks around how Suzanne Collins is the descendant of the Prince of Maldonia.

After the purge was over, Nightmare and the High Commands began to make a recount of their remaining members.
Nightmare: Now that the deed is done, we'll recount those who survived our massacre. We have to make sure only the best and most vile remain.
A list was then brought to him by one of the Base's robot assistants.
While I report some stragglers, it seems most of your operation was a success, Lord Nightmare.
Nightmare: Excellent, now as for those who remain I'll list them here:
- Palpatine, Marx, Smaug, Thanos, Hela, Machinedramon, Bulba, Cosma, TKO, Venomous, King Ghidorah, Audrey II, Leroy, Dark End, Zero, The Overlord, Malware, Dark Meta Knight, Shiva, Hexxus, Zira, Scar, Eris, Dark Matter Swordsman, Drawcia. And their respective minions.
Nightmare: Congratulations to all survivors. We mobilize our strike against the heroes now! But we'll begin with a certain Nominator... Bill will you do us the honor?
Bill: We've got words of one of our minions that there's a nominator responsible for bringing us together. Let's give him a celebratory party before our conquest, shall we?
With either hidden reluctance or enthusiastic compliance all the remaining members mobilized to attack Bale's base. Meanwhile, Grogar recovered his full strength with his repowered bell and set off on his own path.
Grogar: The time for pretenses is up, let's go Lavan my loyal minion.
The monster, which was made entirely of magma, roared in agreement as both left through a portal to Equestria.
Backups
??? and his minions had a meeting to discuss the Legion of Doom's plan finally beginning it's first stages. One of Brajira's bibibugs had recorded the massacre at the base and disguised itself as a robot mook to inform Bill of Bale.
???: Well, this is it. Bale's in for the fight of his life until now.
Mr. Mind: Did you accomplish your goal in Scipion's world?
???: Not at all, that Mismagius was troublesome, I'd rather not have her rat us all out now.
Mr. Mind: That will become trivial in the near future once we begin our plans... For now, let's allow this Legion to do itself in.

After finishing up her preparations, Shiva leaves behind a few of her Luminmechs to keep watch on the base and Kaito. After teleporting, she and a group of her mooks find themselves in Half-Life! Earth. After letting out a smirk, she says
"And the hunt begins..."

Billy's Mansion
Billy watches as the season has started. He must admit that he doesn't pay as much attention due to the fact that he doesn't have any tributes this season, but he does root for certain tributes there, like 6k1's as her birthday just happened, as well as Minato, Rouxls, those from the newbies, etc.
As he sits in his office, he ponders about how the other nominators are doing, like Elliot. He also wishes for 6k1's training to go well in his mind.
Panem
In the meantime, Aya decides to spy on the talks rather than interviewing herself, flying around the sky. She is particularly intrigued when she hears that the creatures are called the Treatlings.
Flashback, Kayla
Kayla hopped into her portal and ended up in an excavated field. It was one of the company's mines, which was on the same planet her boss' headquarter was. She immediately spotted Reston lying nearby, trying to stand up, only for William to continue his offensive by generating a horizontal column of wind from his mechanical arm, blasting Reston into a mining vehicle hard. As a lot of the workers started to run away in fear, William saw one trying to subdue him. Sending that he's just a regular worker with no magical capabilities, he still attacked the worker anyway, firing a bolt of lightning at the worker.
Before it could hit however, Kayla immediately summoned a small portal to redirect the bolt into the wall of the mine. She soon ran into William, summoning portals to redirect attacks. In that time however, William decided to blast the worker that Kayla saved with wind, then started charging his lightning bolt. As Kayla got close, he unloaded it on Reston, producing a powerful spark blast.
As Reston took the brunt and got electrocuted, Kayla ended up taking some of the electricity too, which incapacitated her as her glasses fell off. Immediately however, before Reston could kill her and her boss, she felt something awakening within her as she flinched from the sudden pain in her eyes. It was quick, but it seemed to be driven by her will to save Reston after what happened to him, as well as nearly being killed. She soon opened her eyes and quickly felt like being teleported away from William. She was also able to stand up again now, with Reston nearby. She also saw that the place she was in was the mountain near the excavated field, as well as noticed that her vision seemed to be normal even without glasses.
Reston soon said, "I... sensed something... from you. It seems... you have awakened a... special magical ability." Kayla responded, "What?" After the initial confusion, she continued, "Anyway, I'll save you first." She soon instinctively created a portal to transport Reston into a hospital she knew in another planet. This surprised her due to both the portal appearing even quicker, as well as being able to transport significant distance. She also noticed that she could perceive her environment with enhanced spatial details.
Once her boss was evacuated and guaranteed treatment, she decided to watch out for William, but first, she went into a nearby stream and saw her reflection in the water. Indeed, one of her eyes were now different, with her right having a blue, spinning spiral pattern akin to the portal she usually made, with a pitch black core in the middle. Her other eye was still normal, but she noticed that the vision there was normal. She soon realized what the eye was. It was the Eye of Dimension, which was an eye that would improve one's ability in dimensional abilities greatly.
Her thought was soon distracted when she heard sounds of wind rushing. She turned around and saw William rushing in to attack her after finding her location. Before she could get hit however, she quickly remembered the feats that the users of the Eye of Dimension could do and reacted by making her body seemingly intangible, causing William to just pass through her. She soon teleporter herself into a safe area as she planned her next move. When William tried to rush her again while charging an electrical orb and also having his magic-removing hand ready, Kayla again distanced herself with another teleportation, but she had a barrier ready.
The barrier was soon erected instantly as she teleporter and William hit it with his mechanical hand first, causing his electrical orb to backfire as it damaged his mechanical arm, reducing his capability. He soon said, "Damn you servant. However, if you think this would weaken me, this isn't my full power yet!" Soon, William rushed into Kayla with his wind magic at such speed that when she tried to teleport away at even quick succession, William was able to catch up. Along the way, she sensed another potential power in her. She quickly warped the space around her, then return them to its normal condition shortly after, which disoriented William as his supposed position, which was straight on, got warped to being on the side instead.
However, this couldn't last forever as William soon decided to just fly with his wind, then he started combining his wind and electrical magic, forming a small storm. As Kayla tried to dodge the lightnings, William started bringing wind columns down, forcing her to open portals and redirect the elements, but one of them was large enough for William to risk entering, though it contained only wind. He soon emerged on the other side unharmed, thanks to his magic allowing him to cancel the wind column and preventing himself from being damaged by it.
As William prepared to to strike Kayla with his biological arm, Kayla suddenly felt yet another power. Immediately, she visualized a portal forming near William, and it soon formed on the joint of his biological arm. As William looked at it with shock, the portal started sucking the arm in, until it caused William's arm to get detached in two.
Flashback, George
The test happened. The 25 candidates were first tried on their knowledge of astronomy with written and verbal tests. It was advanced, and only the particularly knowledgeable could do it. George fortunately was one of them, and soon, he alongside 4 others managed to pass it, as the selection was the top 5.
As the other 20 left disappointed, but still observing the rest of the test, Arvald informed the potential recruits of the next test. It would be a test of looking at astronomical objects, as well as constellations, their stories, etc. After some time, George came out on the top, showing proficiency as he also spotted starts and other objects that other candidates couldn't. This now left him and another candidate, a human girl named Shannon Darkrer, who wore dark clothing and basically looked like a goth, but with astronomical spin on them.
The final test soon came for the two. Arvald said, "It will be a test of character. I will judge your personalities and choose which is the most virtuous one of you to serve under me."

Base Invasion
Bale was in his main room, he looked on at the Season, groaning when the almighty Zetton fell as soon as the games started.
Bale: Goddamn, that was disappointing. At least Baltan's earned a kill...
As he attempted to keep looking further into the Season he heard an explosion from afar as he saw his base's security systems going mad. Xochi could only warn him quickly before being shut down forcefully.
Xochi: Mr. Bale, our security is compromised, you must leave at onc-.
Bale: Xochi, what's going on?!
He then saw Mini Deadpool exiting a room, set on fire.
MD: BAAALLEE, IT'S THE IRS!
Mr. Godzilla took a look at the recordings Xochi did before being shut down and corrected MD.
MG: It's not that, you idiot. It's the goddamn Legion of Doom.
Bale: What? How did they find us?
MG: I don't know, but this is your fault! Agh, let's just leave this place before they find us or get to the other Nominators. This whole place is compromised.
Bale: You're right. But first!
Bale then pulled out a backup power source for his Base, as he wanted to escape as quickly as possible. He packed his Pokeballs with his team in it and pressed a button to release all the dangerous creatures in his zoo back to their worlds or somewhere safe.
Bale: I've got to contact Power or someone else... Also my villain's school.
MD: I will do it, it's my duty as your messenger!
MD then went off to send a message to all Noms personally, to inform them of his current situation. He went unnoticed by the LOD's members.
Bale: I hope this doesn't ends too badly.
He then attempted to flee only for the doors to his room to open violently... Showing Thanos, Leroy, Dark Meta Knight and Dark Matter Swordsman advancing on him.
Bale: Crap, we're screwed!
MG: And it backfired on us, thank you a lot, asshole!

Persephone politely lowered her head as ??? disappeared still smirking. Soon after that, Clyde appeared.
"Mistress. Here are the 100 Pokés that Morgan betted with you."
"Excellent." the old Mismagius said before sighing as a purple orb appeared from inside her.
"Overconfidence? I have to admit my ego is far larger than most living beings. Alas, so are you, my dear friend. And this will prove to be your undoing..." she muttered as she gently petted the orb.
"What is this, mistress?" Clyde asked.
"Our dear guest was quite difficult to read, I must give him credit for that, but I have collected everything that was necessary concerning our homeworld. Child, this will prove to be crucial for the events to come, so I will do what must be done. Just know that this isn't the last time our dear guest will be in our world, or his troops. By coming here, he only managed to finish the last piece of the puzzle. Ohohoho!"
Expedition Society's headquarters
"Ugh, not these guys..." Alex groaned as an Inteleon and a Decidueye entered the room.
"The Blue Wings..." Tokage sighed, crossing his arms.
"Why, hello there Rescue Squad!" the Inteleon said, bowing mockingly. The Decidueye stayed silent.
"James, what are you doing here?" Aaron asked, frowing.
"Is it not obvious? As one of the most competent Rescue Teams that ever existed, me and Arthur are here to see the current missions. But I didn't expected you to be here. I see that Tokage is still with his... exotic father. And Alex, still afraid of water, I suppose?"
"Shut up..." Alex growled. Obviously he had to bring that. James being a water Pokemon certainly didn't helped with the Inteleon arrogant's attitude. Not that it was not justified, the Blue Wings was a team that was older than the Rescue Squad and they were just as competent. James was from a wealthy familly of prestigious aristocrats and was knwown for his genius and his impressive precision. As for Arthur, he was from a poor familly and was a very skilled archer. The duo was specialised into ambushes and spying.
"Still kind as ever, Alex. Maybe a bit of water should calm you down." James teased. If it wasn't for Aaron and Tokage, Alex would have gladly jumped at the arrogant Inteleon.
"James. Enough." Arthur said. He was a Pokemon of few words, after all.
"Alright, alright. It is just entertaining to mess with them. After all they were missing for quite a few days while us-" the Inteleon said.
"Help! Help!" a voice screamed out of all the sudden. It was the Cinderace that was recently attacked by Scipion. He was visibly exhausted, having run for a long time.
"Help? What's wrong? Is it Scipion??"
"No... Weird guys... Portals... Ember..." the Cinderace muttered before passing out. Immediately, Aaron and Alex rushed towards him and carried him towards a sofa to recover.
Legion of doom's base
Every member of Scipion previous guard smirked as they were chosen to stay. Curiously, only Death and Dracula's army were not on the list despite helping the villains in the purge.
"It seems that in the end, our goals were different. Still, the King of the Night have no harmful wishes towards you. Now if you will excuse us, we have a mission that needs to be fulfilled. The extinction of human race in our homeworld is at hand." Death stated as Dracula and his army disappeared.
As for the Underworld army loyal to the Legion, they were commanded by Hewdraw, Pandora and Thanatos. All gladly obeyed the High Command's wish to attack Bale's base.
Zira and Drawcia were on the front line. The evil lioness cackled as she joined the villains ambushing Bale
"Why, little Bale... What are you doing out here, and so alone?"
"Thanks to you, this beautiful Legion was created. I was lucky to have Medusa making us joining it. Now, as a reward for your help, you are the first on the list. The first great masterpiece that the Legion of Doom will create. THE ENTIRE WORLD WILL BE OUR CANVAS! HEEHEEHEEHEEHEE!!!"
Lucemon's lair
"I know the perfect place where to escape. It's time I pay lady Palutena a visit. If I must die, she will go down with me." Medusa hissed as she summoned portals for her and Lucemon's troops.
They were soon teleported in Skyworld. Medusa casted asides her mask, keeping her hideous face.
"Let us have our fun here, it may be our last after all. Destroy everything, but keep Palutena and her precious little angel alive, they are mine and mine alone." she ordered as Twinbellows roared furiously, leading the Underworld troops against the unprepared Centurions.
Mountain
As Scipion was busy painting his hair in the Haxorus's blood, an explosion's sound was heard.
"Boss, what was that?"
Scipion growled and got out of the cave. His attention focused on smoke coming from a nearby village.
"Hmmmm... Onox, can you walk?"
"I already told you I'm fine, boss."
"Perfect. I want to see what happened in that village over there. Don't forget the dragon's head." the Zoroark grinned.
Once they arrived, they saw what happened. The village was completely burned, fire coming from all directions. But what was more intriguing, was a fiery portal in form of a bird.
"Boss. That's weird." Onox said, scratching his head.
"Thanks Captain Obvious." Scipion sighed before kneeling down towards one corpse that was miraculously not turned into ashes. Scipion noticed a pattern of scars over the Pokemon's body.
"Weird... I may be wrong, but these scars... they're very similar to the description found on the victims of the Ember Empress."
Distortion World
Bale's message was receive by the Dark Star.
"At last, they are attempting something. Of course, Bale was the first nominator chosen, he did create the Legion after all." the artifact mocked.
"How should we react? On one way, some of Scipion's tributes are on their sides. But on the other, the Legion might turn against him and even all of us if left unchecked."
"I can confirm this. My alternate-self was eliminated in a purge. The Legion of Doom is not so open to villains anymore..." The artifact sighed.
"So we can destroy them, then." Mewtwo said.
"Yes and no..." boomed a familiar voice.
"You have returned, lord Giratina."
"Where have you been? It's been a while since you left." Mewtwo asked, crossing his arms.
"Unfortunately, I cannot reveal this information yet. But the Legion of Doom is far from being our priority. Mewtwo, Giegue, I trust you two will be able to handle them. Dark Star, come with me." Giratina ordered as 2 portals appeared. The artifact went into one, Giegue and Mewtwo into the other.

Pythor looked at Bale's message. On the one hand he was bothered that the LOD didn't invite him to their Multiversal Assault... But on the other hand he doubted they would've spared him seeing as Bale himself was under attack.
Pythor: Well, this sucks. I have to get outta here before they find me.
He packed his things inside a bag and turned invisible, before subtly and quickly leaving the Villains' School.
"Bingo! If two species hate each other, they will wipe each other out on their own."
Braids From S286 Not Included
Kendoria, Martial Arts School
6k1 continues her training, focusing more on her punches to build on her augmented strength from her Exoskeleton. She doesn't forget to focus on her kicks, too, and she builds on her agility by running through an obstacle course as well. An hour later, she does some cooldown stretches and finishes her water bottle before refilling it. She then sits next to her mom and checks her messages.
First was the email about the pretzel Treatling that's under observation in the Tribute Research Lab. It was an interesting specimen that Tabby caught, so 6k1 emails Claire to see if it has any kinds of powers, and also if there are others like it. Second was Bale's SOS.
"Mom... my nominator friend's in deep trouble. He's being attacked by the Legion!"
Toriel cups her mouth. "Oh dear... I hope they don't attack the other nominator bases, too!"
"I'm worried that Bill might invade the Library again, but the tough-grade defenses should be able to keep him out!"
"Are you sure? He's a nigh-omnipotent being, he can surely destroy them!"
"You're right... I'll go order from Billy additional reinforcements."
She also emails the Maintenance Department to make the necessary repairs and upgrades.
Power's Home
Power shakes in her bed as Naveen absorbs the souls of all the dead tributes so far, including Tiana's, and transforms into an eldritch horror akin to Photoshop Flowey. Miranda knocks on the door and checks if her niece is okay, and also warns her of the Legion.
"Oh Celestia, I hope Gale's safe, too..."

Kirby
Flashback - The Night of the Shower
While Magolor and friends were dealing with the meteors striking the hilltop, another wave of meteors occur near a deserted military base nearby. The star-shaped objects fused with the tanks, planes, and guns. In the naval base nearby, the stars, too, fuses with the battleships and submarines. They then softly glow, and as if taking minds of their own, they autonomously move away from the bases...
The Spacepod
Kirby prepares more sweet candies for his two new friends. Ribbon and Kirby watch intently as they gobble them up like crazy.
"You know, i think these guys like sweet stuff!"
Kirby then brings the two to watch television, play games, and other things. Kirby and Ribbon watch the two, Ribbon commenting on how cute these creatures are.

"Oh Ally, I didn't know that. Apologies on my part.I was sure that Mimi would try to eat it but thank god she's at Fluttershy's. I might want to train with others other than my own tributes like 6k1 is doing but I'm not sure.I pretty much know my most successful tribute's fighting style with my eyes closed.
Tabby then gets a distressing message. It's from Bale and Mr. Godzilla.

After replying to Tabby, Ally turns to the feed, and her eyes turn into literal BSODs as Photoshop Naveen fuses with I Want Die to fight the Super Bunny Men, only to horrifically split apart and be killed by them. She quickly reboots herself and emails the Necromancy Department that they need to be extra careful in retrieving Tiana's soul and purging the remaining ones from Naveen when they're being revived.

Bill: As for you, I've got a few things to peak into in your mind.
Bill went inside Bale's head... Only to suddenly come out a little disturbed.
Bill: Holy shapes, turns out you're more than you look like, Mr. Bale... What exactly are you? I went inside your head and it hardly matches your exterior.

He then trapped Bale inside a small cage and talked to the others.

He then left the villains alone to nominate whatever tribute they wanted. They choose Jamie from the World of Steven Universe and Jesper from the World of Klaus.

As soon as King has retrieved Ribey, she brings her new medical robot to the underground vault to begin Forte's revival surgery.
"I wonder how to activate her, let's see... No switch on her. Hey, can you please wake up?"
There's no visible switch on Ribey. It seems that her activation is done through voice command.
"Ribeyrolles 1918 at your service. Commander, I'll be in your care from now on."
"...default booting dialogue? I guess you have forgotten everything."
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing... Actually, I'm in need of your help to patch up my friend."
She then hands Forte's remain to Ribey, who then puts what's left of Forte into a large capsule filled with green liquids. Even when what she has left is her default programming, she's still a medical expert, perhaps it has something to do with her being a specialized support unit.
"Leave it to me. I've spent months living in a hospital and such wound is petty. No worries, she'll be fixed within several hours."
Ribey then begins to move around the manipulators inside the capsule using a console, placing the pieces together. To her, reviving a human is as easy as repairing a Tactical Doll. Not so much when it comes to fixing her own defective parts, however.
"Her brain is undamaged. Lucky you. If I could repair myself that easily, I wouldn't have to carry that blood bag all days. Take a rest, she'll be fine once you wake up."
King then takes a nap next to the capsule.

"So that's the arena? It's really big." Onox commented. Scipion calmed down.
"Yup. Of course it's damn big. Usually, you have remove your brain cells when you enter the Arena because it's just total nonsense sometimes."
Scipion pulled a tablet out of his hair and nominated both Ridley and Kraid.
"Who are they?"
"Tributes from the Metroid universe. I should bring you to Zebes one day, it's one of the most hostile worlds I ever seen, and I loved it." Scipion explained.
"Still, does that mean the Ember Empress's actually in Panem? That might be problematic."
"Hello, Mr. Scipion!" a tiny voice said.
"Who's there? Show yourself!" Onox shouted, ready to defend his boss. Scipion chuckled.
"Look at your feet, that's another one of my tribute and a member of the Legion of Doom."
Indeed, Lemmy was on Onox's feets and waved at him. Intrigued, Onox lifted the little Koopaling who was smiling innocently. Lemmy pulled his tongue out and Onox did the same.
"So you're the boss friend? And why are you sticking your tongue at me?"
"Yes, I'm Mr. Scipion's friend! And you sticked your tongue at me first!"

The Waterblight Ganon was watching the ongoing events using water portals. It watched silently as Bale was captured.
"... Body... Must. Change." it muttered in it's eldritch voice.
The monster raised it's hand and started to shapeshift, surrounded by Malice. Eventually, it became smaller, reaching the size of a human. It turned into a grotesque abomination, a fusion between the original Blight, and Mipha, the champion it once slayed.
"...This... is the closest thing I can get to a living being thanks to her. This particular and very first food showed me... how they works..." it muttered, it's voice far more clear. This time, the Waterblight was able to be understood by everyone.
The Mipha-Waterblight fusion slowly exited the building as strong winds began to howl. The Windblight Ganon appeared from the sky before similarly turning itself into a smaller fusion between itself and Revali.
"The analysis is clear. Scattered brain have 95,68% of chance to be interested in the next events..." the eldritch bird in a more robotic voice said before both teleported away.

"Poor guy. Thanks Scipion, now this. Guess he really can't catch a breath." Alex sighed as he and the others were waiting for the Cinderace to wake up.
"Oh? You mean you have met with the Fox of Death? Seeing how he isn't rotting in a cell, you surely failed at capturing him." James mocked.

Crashing the Arc
Gale and co. were seen fleeing from Sunburst's house as it got filled with more and more strange creatures. This time were mechanical-like monsters that seemed to attack everything and anything in sight or proximity.
Gale: This place is turning into a bigger madhouse every second.
Starlight: I know, right? We gotta find Twilight and the others.
Starlight then used her horn to teleport everyone to where she believed Twilight was... at a market in Canterlot.
Invading the Surface
Squirk's army mobilized, beginning to rise to the surface to conquer the land. The army was composed of sea turtles, seals, and other semi-aquatic magically enhanced creatures.
Squirk: It is time, at last!
Joe: Let's go my friend and wipe them all out.
As they did, they were met by Grogar and Lavan. Much to Squirk and Crank's delight.
Squirk: Master Grogar, you're finally here!
Grogar: Indeed, and I am here to cut off the weak links for the true start of my master plan has begun.
He then fired a beam at Joe, vaporizing him.
Crank: Woah!
Grogar: That was a necessary action. If we are to succeed, I must ensure only my loyal followers remain.
Squirk: Rightfully said, boss!
Grogar: Speaking of which, there's four stooges I'd like to deal with now, go and awaken my other minions in the meanwhile.

6k1 receives an email from Claire that it's nomination time, the latter teasing her that she should've seen what the paper shredder had been up to. The DM rolls her eyes at having to catch up on two seasons already, but proceeds to nominate her tributes. She types special emails that penetrate deep into the web, all the way to the cyberspace where Shank and Yesss reside, also telling them to assign some of their co-workers to fill in for them while they're out. 6k1 heard of rumors that Vanellope was pulled out along with Unikitty to give way for a new nominator last season, so she decided to nominate the Netizens in hopes that the former reunites with them. Of course, there's the risk of them doing the inevitable, but she still hopes for the best.
"Vanellope...?" asks Toriel.
"Yes... she was my tribute... in OT Season 58," says 6k1. "You met her before, didn't you?"
"I did?"
"Yep, in Reboot Season 30."
"You mean... the same season where I witnessed Panther Cap having his neck snapped?"
"Sadly, yes... she was in the same audience as you... and she was the one who killed him."
"What?" Toriel puts a thinking hand to her chin but shakes her head.
"I'm sorry my child, but I don't remember meeting this girl."
"That's because Drawcia and Dark Matter erased her from existence for asking for a loan of 48."
"Oh dear... Thankfully whoever nominated her this time was able to restore her."
"Yeah... Even if she's not my tribute this season, I wish her and also Unikitty good luck."
Toriel simply nods. "Wait... How do you still remember that?"
"Simple, my time traveling made me immune to the effects of seeing someone being erased. Also, that attack they did only affected the remaining tributes in the Arena, so I'm sure that nominator remembered what happened."

King's Memory: The World That No Longer Exists
"Where... where am I... this place again?"
When King opens her eyes, the first thing she sees is a crossroad, with a black cat trying to cross the road.
"Hey, come here! It's dangerous to stay at the crossroad!"
She yells at the cats, trying to get its attention. But all in a sudden, a truck moves toward the cat in full speed, as if it's trying to run over it deliberately. Then a familiar face shows up and dives toward the cat before King can move...
SLAM!!
"KANAME! NOOOO!!"
The girl manages to save the cat by pushing it away, but she gets run over by the truck.
"Pfft, the cat is still alive? Maybe next time. This is what you get for having your cat hissing at me! You're better as dying."
The driver coldly looks at both of them before leaving the crossroad.
"Kaname! You're gonna be okay!"
"At least, I have finally done something helpful... Hey, before I die, could you please call me by my first name one last time?"
"Don't you dare dying right now!"
"Please."
"..."
The girl then collapses on the floor, dead. When King is about to speak out the girl's first name, she falls unconscious due to her heart disease. The last thing she sees is a group of doctors taking her friend away.
King's Memory: The Hospital That No Longer Exists
When King opens her eyes again, she finds herself on a sickbed in a hospital.
"Where's Kaname? Where?"
She looks around the room she's in, but Kaname isn't there. She then looks at the news report and finds out what happened to her.
"A week ago, a traffic accident has happened in Mitakihara City. A girl gets run over by a truck while trying to save a stray cat, but the truck driver ignores the injured pedestrian and leave the crossroad, which leads to the girl's death. The case is currently under police investigation and the driver is yet to be arrested."
"No... it can't be... Kaname, where are you?"
Saddened by her friend's recent death, King tries to leave the bed, wishing to attend the funeral and see her friend for the last time. But due to her frail and weak body, she can't leave the bed.
"Why am I that useless? I can't help anyone in the school, and I can't even look after my close friend. If I wasn't born to be such a miserably sick person, I would've reached out before Kaname could and I could've saved Kaname. Forgive me, I'm such a weakling..."
As she's blaming herself for her friend's death, a doctor who's a member of a newfound philanthropy organisation enters the hospital.
"Sorry for interrupting you hearing your friend's loss. I'm Doctor Williams, a member of 90Wish, a newfound philanthropy organisation devoting on the promotion of organ donation and the offering of affordable surgeries for the poor. Since I can't contact the girl's parent and you're the only one remotely familiar with her. I therefore want to ask you one thing, a request that would help the sick: I'm in need of an agreement to transfer her organs to several patients that suffer from terminal diseases, in which you will also benefit from."
King is yet to be able to calm down.
"After everything that happened to Kaname, all you see is an opportunity to scavenge her organs for your own use, why should I trust you?"
"If you were Kaname, what would you do? To bury yourself and watch the people in need die or to be as helpful as possible and give all you have to the people in need?"
Well... Kaname is the kind of selfless person who always loves to cheer the others up, in that case, I agree, but only because that's what she would want. If you dare disrespecting her after everything she went through, I won't forgive you, ever."
"The contract is signed. Thank you for your cooperation. You'll be the first one who benefit from the donation and your heart disease will be cured. I might not be able to grant you any wish like a typical magical girl show, but, it's better than nothing. Those who say that magical girls do not exist have no faith in our scientific advancement, but when our technology has advanced to a certain level, is there any difference between science and magic? There's no difference. Anyway, thank you for putting your trust in me."
He then begins the operation to cure King's heart disease, fulfilling his promise. Unbeknownst for King, the rest of Kaname's body, specifically her brain, would be used by Williams for his nefarious bioweapon research. 90Wish is only a philanthropic science organisation on the surface, deep down, it's a paramilitary organisation dedicated to bioweapon research, and King's good will would be exploited by the doctor, which would eventually destroy the world she once belonged to.

Memory of The Last Day, Mitakihara City
A week has pasted since the day Kaname died. King has recovered from the surgery. Not only did Williams cured her heart diseases, he also didn't charge her any money. When she wants to thank Williams, he's nowhere to be seen.
She then leaves the hospital and begins to look for Kaname's resting place, only to be interrupted by a news report.
"This is Mitakihara News. The city is suffering from Eurosky Low-Emission Infectious Disease outbreak. Radiation has spread across the whole city, and the infectee are being scorched and mutated by the green gas, slowly mutating into mindless creatures that prey on other survivors. The disease was caused by the leaking of a radioactive material known as Collapse Fluid, whoever contacted with the materials can only be cured with gunfire or the removal of the brain, but those who are left for too long would mutate into abominations that are impervious to bullets. Therefore, the military has agreed to launch an airstrike to control the outbreak. If you are not infected by the Collaspe Fluid, please proceed to the helipad at the border of Mitakihara City to evacuate. Thank you for your co-operation."
"Wait, what? How is...?!"
As she hears the sound of the infectees trying to approach the hospital, she immediately packs up her belongings and tries to contact her another friend using her phone. However, the said friend doesn't respond.
"Miss Miki, answer me! Damn it!"
King then comes across the cat which Kaname has saved. Without a second thought, she immediately picks up the cat and heads to the border of the city.
"Thank god, you're still alive. I'm Kaname's friend and I'm here to take you out from the town."
The town she's familiar with is overrun by the infected, and the cat is probably the only survivor. Besides the infected, the only things left are the corpses of the infected, soldiers who died defending the civilians and blood splattered all over the road.

The End of Mitakihara
When King finally reaches toward the border, she finds out that all of the survivors have already evacuated using the helicopter and missed the trip. The only two people left are two amoral scientist discussing about the outbreak. One of them being the truck driver who killed Kaname.
"This is Private Markus Hasselhoff of 90Wish, I've completed the test of the radioactive matter using a small town that nobody cares. At first, I only wanted to use the cat's muscle tissues to create the units that Williams needed. But after another girl getting in my way, no, this is a blasphemy against our holy image. Therefore, this city faces the divine punishment it deserves. But hey, at the surviving girl offered Williams what he needed to accomplish his noble goal in the first place, and a human brain is much better than a cat brain. Shame that we don't have both."
"Let's open up the portal and leave this place, a missile will soon land onto this area and I believe the two girls that caused troubles to you would no longer be an issue."
It's a shame that I can't kill the other girl personally. Anyway, I've marked down the target location. It's Panem, a newfound nation from another dimension."
When King is about to confront them, they teleport away using a portal. Precisely, a handheld version of the tribute summoning portals employed by the Quarters.
"It was me... it was me who started everything? I let Kaname die because of my weakness and I handed what left of her... to an amoral scientist? I'm so useless... I'm so clumsy... I shouldn't have been born in the first place!"
She kneels at the floor, lamenting about her uselessness while watching a rain of missiles reaching the town. At this moment, she has fallen to despair, all she wishes is to get blown apart by the missiles along with the town and to reunite with Kaname.
"Kaname, wait for me, we'll meet together soon and... What the?!
However, just before the missiles hit the town, a portal suddenly appears and drags King and cat into it, sending her to an unfamiliar world where she would settle in the future: Panem.
Memory of The New Beginning, The Old Quarters, District 1 Outpost
"Wait, you don't like a tribute that Commander wants to summon. But... the portal linking to your place was cut off either. I guess you have to stay in this world from now on?"
"...where am I? Am I dead?"
A mysterious girl with silver hair greets the survivor of an apocalypse, whom she accidentally summoned while testing the portal in her own outpost land.
"I'm Ribeyrolles 1918, or just Ribey. Nice to meet you. What's your name?"
"After having my world getting destroyed by a zombie apocalypse, do you still think I have a name?"
"Well... In that case... If you feel like you want to change your name... Let's find some books for your inspiration, maybe you can borrow the ideas? I've got a stage play called The King in Yellow, maybe one of the characters would give you an inspiration?"
"I guess?"
It is that moment, the King in Yellow has become the person we know today, a girl in yellow robe trying her best to help the people in need. Despite her clumsiness, she has proven herself to be a rather competent mission control. By the time when the Quarters is shut down, King winds up being the one who fulfils Hassel's last request and carries out the task of renovating Ribey's office into a gathering hall for the people. And thus, the Winter's End, a symbol of resistance and the end of President Snow's regime, was born.
"Commander, wake up, I've revived your friend!"

"Luckily we were able to have this base tucked away where no regular eye could look but Dark Tabby did find our base very quickly and the LOD probably has more tech than she did."
"I heard that the Moonlight Corps already sent their spies for them. Is that true?"
"That’s true,Squigly emailed me that it was a stupid idea and it could led them into huge trouble. I did try to talk them out of it but too late,Moonlight Cookie was very stubborn."
