That... looks more like hand eating than nail biting. I've been thinking that a more suitable image would be something from the new SpongeBob episode airing tomorrow that is basically "Rapid-Fire Nail Biting: The Episode"; the episode already aired in the UK and Ireland before the US did, and the show's wiki has been uploading images for the episode lately (either here
or here
depending on whether the uploaded images turn up in the latter page). We'll probably have to wait until the episode airs before making a decision, I dunno.
