Really a Useful Note: Caramelldansen Vid

Another "page for a meme masquerading as a trope" (the reason we no longer have the Red Zone Remix Vid page). It doesn't help that all on-page examples are weblinks.

Due to the information on page, we could salvage this as a Useful Note. Thoughts?

I remember there being an Ask The Tropers post about this...

But seriously, I don't know if this is quite Useful Notes material, since I take that as being for real-world events that influence fiction. It might warrant something else, kind of like JustForFun.Rickroll.

Might also want a 'referenced by" page as well, to do something with works that reference the video.

Whatever we do with Fan Vid, do with this. It's just a specific subtrope.

The examples on this page can be moved to ReferencedBy.Caramell.

I disagree with the idea of this being a proper subtrope of Fan Vid. "Fan Vid but for a specific song" is The Same, but More Specific.

The bullet point regarding memes on Administrivia.Not A Trope is relevant here.

Which is why Just for Fun doesn't really make sense to me.

Don't get me wrong, I'd totally bomb it in TLP and say don't bother, but with the page existing and having 3,500 inbounds, cutting isn't really an option. So making it inexplicably Just for Fun with no precedent or reasoning past "eeehhhhhhh?" is weird.

Though actually moving to Music.Caramell and turning the page as a redirect to keep inbounds makes sense.

The auto-disambig system would catch inbounds with a Just for Fun move. Even putting the redirect in the Music/ namespace (Music.Caramelldansen Vid) would catch inbounds and remove the need for it to be in Main/.

I'd be fine with cutting it completely instead of moving it to Just for Fun, but moving it out of Main/ has more support than cutting or merging it (including ATT posts from people who haven't posted in this thread). As for precedent, Rickroll was moved to Just for Fun fairly recently (link to TRS thread, which also had Useful Notes as its initial suggestion) and it had more inbounds than Caramelldansen Vid.

Red Zone Remix Vid apparently had only 444 inbounds before it was cut entirely (with the crowner at 15 yeas and only 1 nay), which isn't nearly as much as Rickroll or Caramelldansen Vid.

Moving to Just for Fun has 9 yeas and 2 nays. Is it safe to call in favor of that?

Page moved and Main/ wicks cleaned. I moved the Main.Caramelldansen redirect to JustForFun.Caramelldansen and cutlisted the former.

I also added the page to Wick Namespace Migration.
