Yeah, that's entirely reliant on the caption for context...we may not be able to get away from this, but we can do better than the current for sure.
I'm going to put in a weak Keep Until Better Image Suggested. It's not a very good image, but it meets the bare minimum for describing a trope.

I'm going to have to challenge that because it doesn't really illustrate at all without the context in the caption that's is a story progression flowchart for dialog choices. The fact all the choices and buttons are Japanese and this the English-language wiki makes it even more obtuse.

EDIT: Huh, I thought I remember seeing it on a recent Image Suggestion crowner, but according to the history it was actually added in 2015. It would look better at the native DS resolution (256px), and I don't think the bottom screen is necessary. Anyone have other suggestions?

What about a screenshot of a game like the Resident Evil 2 remake offering you a switch to easy mode after several deaths in a row? That one actually lists the anti-frustration features it has like easier enemies and auto-aim right in the dialog.

There is no English translation, and I don't think the bottom screen adds anything anyway.

It's a really tiny image of what I think is a dialog path flowchart in a VN that isn't even in English. Not really something legible that clearly demonstrates the trope.
