There are layers of satire in this video, just like there are layers of trash in the Australia-sized pile of plastic in the ocean.

After watching Screen Rant Pitch Meetings, Honest Trailers, CinemaSins, and How It Should Have Ended, I sometimes wonder...what the hell are we even doing on the Internet anymore?

I'm trying to keep track of how many of the same jokes these shows all use and how they'll eventually become Stock Parody Jokes.

At least review shows have the excuse of people having different opinions and takes on the same movie as critique is something that can be expected of anyone.

My personal ranks are:

4. CinemaSins (there are even funny channels that shows sins OF "Cinema Sins", so I just have to put them last).

3. Honest Trailers (they get a lot of facts wrong as shown here.

2. Screen Rant Pitch Meetings (hilarious, but can get annoying with the repetition).

1. How It Should Have Ended (it doesn't have any of those flaws, so it gets #1)

Anyone else have a list?

Your post literally sound like the EXACT type of joke that one of those channels would make.

Okay, dudes, I'm just saying it can get monotonous when so many Internet series are themselves comparable when the stuff they parody can be compared to each other. These are basically like the topical talk show jokes which can reuse jokes.

I recently saw this video, which explains this concept. I'm not criticizing any of these channels...which is also what many of their own videos do to these films. If nothing else, it's just a roast of them I was saying in my comment. It's nothing personal towards anyone.

Oh, I certainly didn't take any offense.

I just yawned at the same level of shallow observation that those channels would make in one of their videos.

And I'd given the post at least three sins.

Yeah, I didn't take any offense because again, I literally couldn't even tell what you were saying. I understood the words but the point was completely and utterly unclear.

This movie intrigued me, to be honest. Didn't think it'd be any good, but it seemed like it had potential for some cheesy fun in the vein of Armageddon or Independence Day. Mindless, stupid popcorn enjoyment.

I don't know if it lived up to that or not.

It's another Julia Nolke collaboration! It's always weird seeing another person in the Ryan George universe who doesn't look exactly like Ryan George.

Hey, that sun of a beach is hot!

Don't worry, if you forgot to bring all your furniture from home to make sitting on the small pointy rocks comfortable, someone will be happy to let you use theirs for a lot of money.

Also, that drinking stuff out there is not drinkable. Don't try to drink it. Also don't go too far into it, because it will try to knock you down and drag you out farther, and if you can't get back you will probably die.

Oh man.

First few lines of this vid reminded me that, when I first came to America, I initially struggled distinguishing beach and bitch in my pronunciation.

So when I said my hometown had a lot of "beaches", well, many people were very shocked and some kids actually wanted to visit there. [lol]

I also used to struggle with sheet and shit. tongue

Ha, this episode was great, as usual for RG.

And yeah, setting and maintaining intricate booby traps like that would take an ridiculous amount of engineering and logistics.

In fact, if Indiana Jones was a real, proper archaeologist (he very obviously isn't and probably never meant to be), he would forget about the golden statue. He would spend months or even years painstakingly digging around and preserving a goddamn intruder alert system that works perfectly even after centuries.

Also, I love the idea of actually creating a family whose entire mission is maintaining and reloading the titty-I mean, booby traps. I remember seeing something similar like that in a fanfic, Unfamiliar. [lol]

I do like cool sunglasses. I'm in! Although Ryan forgot a very important piece of the costume: you need an earpiece that you can occasionally press your finger on so you can hear better.

I was about to say it just hit me, with the topic and timing of this one, that none of the "first guy" sketches have mentioned guns at all, but the bank robber did mention that he "might get some kind of projectile launcher."

My posts make considerably more sense read in the voice of John Ratzenberger.
