Opening, but the proposed action isn't the correct one IMO. This is a paratext thing as it tells us information about a story, not a Real Life factoid and hence not an Useful Notes thing. It should perhaps have Discussed Trope examples, though.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanAnd while we are at it, it should get a rename, or the series sharing the name should get one.
Why not move the show to Series.Dateline NBC if there's a naming conflict? It's already called that offsite.

Patiently awaiting the release of Paper Luigi and the Marvelous Compass. Is it really a problem that it shares the same name as a work? We already have other examples, like Clock Tower and VideoGame.Clock Tower. None of them share namespaces (YMMV is obviously about the work, while Playing With, if it existed, would be about the trope).
Keet cleanupI don't think we have a policy in place for this, it's simply opportune to get both out of the way of each other given the wick situation.
RE: Dateline: I'd support a rename for the trope since it's not thriving (58 inbounds, 12 wicks) and I personally prefer tropes to have at least two words in their names for CamelCase purposes.
Regardless, the description needs work. It's a weird Example as a Thesis. It could just describe to us what a dateline is and how it's used. Examples could be left for, as Septimus mentioned, discussed trope examples, but also for uses in Freeze-Frame Bonus or the like, where the dateline in the fictional article is the release date of the work it's in.
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyProposal: Cut Dateline for now, and take the concept to TLP to see if we can expand this into a trope.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less. It's already a trope as is. It just needs a better description, at the very least, and possibly a better name.
Look at all that shiny stuff ain't they prettyWe could run it through the tlp without cutting it. I know it's been done before. It would make it easier to build the page.
My troper wallI personally doubt that the TLP will succeed, which is why I prefer cutting first.

Should be a quickie...
This is basically a page about a news practice for dating. It has no examples, and doesn't seem to be a trope, so much as a practice with a short page dedicated to it in the main namespace.
I propose we just move it to the Useful Notes namespace and be done with it.
