Gabrielle, who was here the whole time, steps towards Rolfen, pulling down the hood of her red cloak to reveal her face.

"Name's Gabrielle. I'm the resident witch here, so if you need some help, let me know."

"Whoa, you scared me!"

(He says this to Gabrielle)

While the others introduce themselves to Rolfen, Melvin decides to ask Rolfen what brings him here, once the others introduce themselves.

New Barhaven Bank

The line starts moving again. This time it moved up enough that the group can actually get inside the bank. The room was massive, with a polished black and white tiled floor and a crystal chandelier. The walls were painted a dark green with dark brown wood lining the walls, with the ceiling made of the same type of wood. Nice red carpets with a gold trim were on the paths the customers took.

Here the line splits into seven. The middle five lines go to the bank tellers. The line on the far left leads to a service that reads "Treasure Exchange: Give Us Your Treasure And We'll Pay You What It's Worth". The line on the far right lead to a service that reads "Lottery", with the same shark man the crew met behind the desk.

Near the entrance is a desk that reads "Customer Service - Coming Soon".

Woulda thought they'd already have that here... (Ira mutters upon seeing the incomplete customer service desk before turning his attention to the lines.)

I can see our old friend over there. (He comments, discreetly motioning toward the lottery desk where the sharkman they bumped into earlier stands.)

"Oh, a lottery?" says Victor. "That sounds interesting. I'd try it out, but I don't have any money with me..."

Rolfen notices that the line has started moving again.

"Well, guess that's my cue to leave. But hey - if you have a ship, feel free to visit, Melvin! Abasta welcomes visitors!"

With a last wave, the ogre heads back towards his fellow robed clergy. Meanwhile...

"B-buh?"

Sennen emerges from a trance of sheer boredom as the line starts to move.

"At fuckin' last. C'mon, mates!"

Mikaela waved goodbye to Rolfen as he left, then followed the line as it moved.

The black-haired adventurer stroked her chin as she took in the interior of the building.

"Customer service would've been nice... I guess we should just go to the tellers?" she said to the others. "Unless you want to... Have a chat with your 'old friend' over there."

The New Barhaven Bank

The line moves again, giving the crew the opportunity to choose which of the lines to choose from. They could take their time as what's holding up the lines now is humanoid versions of the slowest creatures out there at the front of all seven lines, all of them speaking and moving very slowly.

Parada doesn't actually know which line they're supposed to go on so she waits to see what the others will do. She looks very bored.

Wow, you'd think that they'd have faster people here. (Ira remarks.) We're really earning this shard, aren't we?

Sennen is looking very, very frustrated. Those with keen ears will be able to hear her hiss "hurry the fuck up" under her breath.

Parada briefly considers whether it's worth it to out her ability now.

... Nah, probably not.

After having spaced out for a bit, Victor looks at the lines again to try and determine which one looks like it's moving the fastest.

Kauri eventually regains consciousness like a fog being lifted from his body. His eyes slowly flutter open to welcome the sunlight, though briefly shut again as he lets out a soft yawn. Rubbing his eyes and taking a better look at the world around him, a thought comes to mind.
… Where is he?

Bright Eyes watched the crew from a distance, waiting for some kind of sign or signal. None came. If they had a next move planned, it didn't seem to involve her. Have they forgotten about me already, or is it just so I can keep my cover? Well, either way, I'll have to take initiative myself. She briefly considered the previously-proposed plan to lure out the shark, but that could easily backfire and would cost her the bank's trust even if she succeeded, so she decided to try something subtler.

She took a moment to get her weapons properly hidden, unclasped her cloak, and stepped into the Treasure Exchange line with it in her arms. Hopefully, using it as a bargaining chip would get her a shortcut into the more vital parts of the bank, and she wouldn't need it for its other properties for a while.

Sennen, noticing Bright Eyes, shoots her a confused look. Under her breath, she hisses:

"What're you doin', then?"

(Curious, Ira moves over into the line with Bright Eyes.) Hey, you have a plan? (He asks her.)

What Kauri might end up seeing as he wakes would be...

Well, the outside of a bank.

Holding him carefully over his shoulder, Jane, smiling at him.

"Wakey wakey! Feel better?"

"Mu-muh… Miss Jane…?" He mumbles, looking at her before again looking at his surroundings. (A bank?) "… What happened? Where's everyone else?"

"Hazy on the details myself, but if I remember right, somebody," she pauses for a notable amount of time, earning a scowl on her face. "Decided you could try some alcohol. As for where everyone else is, they're in that bank! Something about taking a piece in a heist? Thought that was too dangerous for you in this state, so we get to watch from a distance."

"… Oh. Okay." He stretches a little, causing his back to pop a bit. His eyes suddenly open, a little wide. "Wait, where's Old Silver? I didn't lose it, did I?" He asks, worried.

"... Old Silver." Jane holds up a sword, looking it over, before handing it to Kau.

"This thing?"

"Yeah! That one!" He lets out a relieved sigh. "Okay, I still have it…" Relaxing a little, he thinks about his current situation. "… So, what're we gonna do now?"

"..."

Jane pauses, in thought, before shrugging.

"I dunno. Whaddo you wanna do? I think the gang is gonna take a while."
