"Yes, I do suppose this school is very large." Karl said "And we probably should chexk on the others. If you do not mind, I propose a change of plans: we check on the others now and fifinh playing chess afterwards."
He pointedly ignored her suggestion about getting better friends. He did seem to have a few other classmates who seemed like they might become his friends as well, but none of them would probably be as good friends as Ash would, he did not think, and her self-deprecation, though semi-accurate, made him uncomfortable.
Umm... so, I was here, I guess. If I wasn't, someone hacked my account. So, yeah.

Dawn, That Made It Worse
At first, the blonde simply let herself be led by the two clones. Her apologies and pleading were quieter, until they became simple prayers, repeated ad infinitum, squeezing through her dry lips. Her eyes did not move, stuck firmly ahead but seemingly incapable of actually seeing anything. But, as the story came to light again, something about Dawn's expression changed. It became like steel, unmoving, firm and stern.
She did not go to see counseling.
Instead, she returned to the site of her supposed killing, barely hidden rage churning under the thin facade of tranquility. This time, she was in her full outfit - an ensemble meant to look like a nun's, but one that clung to her in ways that would probably be considered sinful. Not that it mattered to Dawn. It was a personal matter now. Her heels giving her even more height and her gloves whirring softly, she approached the group.
"Apologies. 'twas a shameful display on my part." She spoke in a flat tone, staring at the people gathered. "Iona. Can you perhaps trace this foul magick to its origin?" It seemed Dawn had some ideas about what to do next, and they were probably a breach of the school protocol. Her eyes were dull, but focused, not shining like before.

"Not exactly," said Bozo. "Think of it more as a construct. A being of pure violence and destruction bred for one purpose only. But creating such a being is no easy feat. The only ones capable of creating it are demons, shadow beings from the netherrealms, or an incredibly talented sorcerer. Though I strongly suspect that it is the latter."
Tunnel
Orthus chuckled, slightly amused. "We will see, though I am afraid I am far too old for school. Besides, though we may have been have little but pawns, we are still far from innocent. Ultimately, we shall still have to answer to whatever passes for the law in these parts. So I suppose we had better get that over with. Come." He gestured for the pack to follow, walking back toward the school to await judgment.

The Dorms
“Uh-huh,” she murmured in agreement, which was rather unnecessary as she was already picking up into a sprint. “Those mother#$&%ers better not have died on us or some s***. I'd eat my... choker,” she said lamely, remembering she didn't have a hat with which to appropriately finish that saying and settling for the item around her neck instead. “Yeah. Wait, you're a pyro too, right?” she suddenly asked him as if having had an epiphany.
Not that she gave him time to answer. In an instant she had backtracked and rushed around behind him—leaping onto his back and clutching onto him as tightly as a baby monkey would its mother. Which was probably for the best, for as soon as he was secured in her grip a sudden blaze of flame erupted from her spinal region and splayed out into a pair of colossal, fiery wings.
“This'll be quicker,” she explained in brief, trying to suppress the somewhat maniacal grin threatening to explode across her face and failing miserably. “So if ya don't wanna become wall pizza hold on around the corners like your life #$&%ing depends on it. Sound fun? Good.”
With that, the flames picked up in intensity as her wings flapped, rocketing the pair of them down the halls at a blindingly fast speed as Ash searched for her room. And laughed uproariously throughout the whole thing. And narrowly weaving around corners and threatening to give the both of them concussions.
And desperately trying not to focus on the fact she was literally back-hugging him the whole time.

An Ordinary Oddball
Perry taxi-whistled for her pets to fall in line. They massed together in the tunnel and awaited her orders.
"Pip here...Rollo here...Lucky here...Jacques and Johnny here..."
She moved around the mass of spirits, apparently remembering every single one of their names and rattling them off to make sure everyone was there. It really brought into question how she could remember all their names but couldn't remember the names of her classmates.
"Yay! We is all here," Perry proclaimed at last. "You all dismissed now. I see get food later. Thank you very much!"
The mass of spirits simply melted into the cracks in the ground, leaving Perry alone. She sighed and began to lope awkwardly back to the school with Orthus.
"I vow-ch," she said to him. "Teacher trust with student around."

...Where the fuck were the others? It's been way too long for them to have been gone?
Maybe it was time to investigate around, see if anyone was in trouble...So, as he opened the door to the outside world, he looked around, curious if he was going to get in trouble for coming out...
Is it selfish that I'm happy as we pass the setting sun?

Nurse's Office
"Yeah, I don't think this was a demon." Ellie cut in, having followed Bozo from his office. "Demons usually aren't this... subtle. If it was a demon he probably would have just attacked the school himself. He definitely wouldn't have bothered to try and frame a bunch of werewolves."
Ellie picked up Dante once more, making sure he was comfortable in her arms. "Anyway, we can talk about this later. Right now, we need to get you to bed, okay? Oh, and thanks Doctor Bozo!"
With a final wave, she vanished.
Dorm Entrance
Reappearing at the Dorm building, she looked down at Dante. "So, uh, which dorm is yours again?"
Tunnel
Mikael allowed himself a small smile as Perry managed to rapidly worm her way into the werewolf's heart. She really was adorable. All the more reason he had to protect her, protect everyone.
He was far more tired than he cared to admit, but he kept his head up as he followed the werewolves back to campus, trailing them in case any got the idea to try and run.
He'd let Perry do the talking from here. She had them enamored, clearly, and besides which he'd probably just wind up causing a fight. No. The last thing we need today is more violence.
What is so amusing about this? Why do you take lives? How can you forget?
Outside the Dormitory - Felicity "Fluffy" Shepherd
Felicity heard the buzzing of Alex's text but ignored it at the moment as Shane came up and made not so subtle implications about Iona's temperament. She looked back over to Shane with a half smile and responded, "Please don't be mean about someone right in front of you." It was in her usual happy tone but with an undercurrent of the stress hanging over everyone.
Then, letting go of her expression with a sigh, Felicity slipped back into her Fluffy persona and took in Shane's second bit of conversation. "Research? Did Shane learn something new? Wolfies attacking the teacher were shadow fakes but Iona thinks she might be able to trace it back to who made them, if she knew what they looked like."
That was about the time when Dawn approached, looking less like a dawn of new beginnings and more of a dawn of the end times. It seemed pointless to ask how she was doing - her responses before and after the werewolf's "death" and her dreariness as she arrived now spoke volumes. She likely overheard their conversation as well, so it was pointless to explain their own plans for finding the source. So instead Fluffy walked over to Dawn and looked up at her eyes with an expression not dissimilar to her own - perhaps not as enraged and ready to deliver judgment as the battle nun's, but feeling just as frustrated at being manipulated into thinking she had murdered.
Then Fluffy closed her eyes and gave Dawn a hug. Because regardless of the differences in background, they were in the same boat.

Well, Dante doesn't really think he got possessed by a demon or whatever...
Maybe it was that werewolf's twisted psyche that corrupted him....

Sam had managed to save his work, before putting his laptop aside, before looking outside.
Finding Ellie carrying Dante was quite the surprise, but he jumped into action.
"Whoa" He said "Are you Ok? What the hell happened?" He asked.
A real dark feeling got to him.

"Considering that what we're discussing is that there's probably some person behind this manipulating groups, and who knows what it bodes for the world at large...yes, yes I am concerned with country matters in a manner of speaking."
Iona stared back coolly at Shane, folding her arms.
"And I've already got a way of researching into this, as soon as I can get a visual clue of what the person is supposed to look like. I'm going to trace the Elemental Energy of whatever that thing was made of, where it's been and who it's linked to. I'd be more than happy to share my results after I've found them, if others share theirs."
She narrowed her eyes, unamused fingers drumming on her elbow.
"Unless that's getting too under your skin, of course."
A dry, wry smirk crawled across her face despite her effort to suppress it.

Dawn, Warpath (Now Slightly Less So)
"Please do. We have been slighted, and time is of the essence that we do not forget this offense." Dawn strained to speak with a semblance of tranqulity. At least Iona could offer some insight onto the demonwolf given enough time. Naturally, that was frustrating in itself. The blonde wanted to act now, right now, to punish the sinners, to smite them like the people of Joshua have smote the Walls of Jericho.
Fluffy's hug thus caught her completely off guard. She looked down at the small fluffy shape holding her so tightly. Something about her eyes changed back to normal as Dawn let out a deflated sigh and returned the gesture, moving down on one knee to hug the smaller girl easier. "We must be vigilant. There might be more of these monsters afoot." She murmured, hesitantly reaching out to pet Felicity despite the softly-whirring glove on her hand. "At the very least we know we can smite them with free conscience. Shane, you were on the other side of the building. Did you spot any?"

"Well, sometimes you just gotta say something - even if that person's around, cuz otherwise, they'd just go about their day most likely not even knowing!" He gave a wink and a smile to Fluffy - he did note her persona and how she held herself changed between sentences even, deciding there was probably more to her than the cute exterior.
"The werewolves we held down in the tunnel spilled the beans on the guy responsible for them getting the idea to go about these attacks. Said it was a man in a black suit, with a green bracelet that seemed to have some role in things if I had to guess. He brainwashed the real, actual werewolves somehow, and put them up to doing all they did."
He put his hands in his pockets, and smiled a bit in response to Iona going on like this. "Oh I'd be more than happy to share my results - especially considering I can research sightings of this guy and what he might be doing besides orchestrating werewolf attacks. I don't worry much about people getting under my skin - not many people have the capacity for that."

Yard - Human Maintenance
Mahvash hovered a moment after the others began to leave, just to make sure they did not get ambushed before leaving her presence. Then she took flight to patrol the areas that they were happily frolicking through. Everyone seemed to be acting like the school had been cleared and had started wandering about without a care in the world. It was the first day. Just another thing to train the class on.
Alex had taken Dawn to roam the halls instead of returning to the dorms, but at least there were two of them. The others had trickled off bit by bit, so she trailed them first. Only to see Dawn and Alex trickle towards the dorms separately. Well, they're alive. She noticed Dawn's state, but Hard pass. We have a Felicity and Peregrine for that sort of thing. And if Iona and Shane could investigate the imitation werewolf, then it freed her up for other tasks.
The daeva stayed aloft, partly to search for anymore stragglers and watch out for movement and ambushes, and partly to Draw Aggro if any wolves or other sources of trouble remained in the area. Well...I was trying to possess that werewolf...and...well...to possess him, I had to fuse my consciousness, thoughts, psyche...into his... , Dante explained, his expression darkening.
...by doing that...I assimilated part of his corrupted and twisted conscious...and it made me go mad...fortunately Ellie brought this individual known as Doctor Bozo to me, and he purged my mind from the werewolf's twisted thoughts...
But then his expression softened, returning to the calm smile mostly everyone was familiar with...
Hehehehe...what an adventure...this teached me that I need to be more careful with this mask's possession capabilities... , he said calmly, staring at the Purgatorio Mask in his hand.

"Oh, hi Sammy." Ellie smiled, still cradling Dante as he explained the situation. "Yeah, I don't know what was going on with that things head. But at least this means those wolves outside probably aren't evil, since they could talk and stuff."
Shifting Dante so she was holding him with one arm, she gently opened the door to his room. "Anyway, you just rest now, ok Dante? I'm sure Mi-Mi and the others will be fine until Mr. Kilgore or Saint show up."
She gently lay Dante down on his bed. "Do you need anything? A glass of water, or something?"

As if werewolves weren't enough. Oliver thought. "I see. Well thanks a lot Doctor Bozo. I'd better go make sure Dante's ok." He made his way down the hall and back to the dorm. What exactly had he gotten himself into by enrolling in a place like this? It was as he reached the door and stepped inside that he decided only time could tell.
''That was a disaster." Top muttered under his breath. He apprehensiveness had turned to curiosity. What was going to happen to the Werewolves? It was probably none of his business anyhow. "Guess I'd better be getting back."

"Everyone else is fine." Ellie assured Sam as they left Dante to rest. "The werewolf pack that me and Mikael fought already surrendered, and the teachers have dealt with those weird shadow-wolves already. This mess should be sorted out in no time."
She rolled her shoulders, stretching out her wings and hearing satisfying pops coming from the bones within them. She held out her hand. "If you want to come with, I was about to double check on Mi-Mi."

Suddenly Kilgore reappeared, his right arm now sporting a makeshit bandage. "Damn that's gonna sting. Anyway, I think that covers it! Far as I can tell, all the other teachers wrapped things up in a jiffy. Unless there's something I'm missing, any other werewolves should be long... gone."
It was then that he finally noticed Orthus sheepishly waving a paw at him. As well as all the other werewolves lowering their heads like sad little puppies. Not to mention Perry no doubt doing the same. He pinched his brow as he realized this was far from over. "Okay, let's take this from the top. Anyone want to explain what's going on here? Because unless someone's got a darn good explanation, someone's getting detention."
Brenner's Wolves Fight Again
Hong Jian glanced at Mikael. "Sir, a number of werewolves were found outside the school. Apparently Mikael and Ash were engaged with these werewolves. The werewolves have already surrendered by the time I found them."

Shane was heading over to check out where Perry had gone running from on the way back to the dorms, deciding to get his start over there, when he happened to pass by Felicity and Iona. And he overheard a good deal of their conversation - Iona being a jerkass and talking about other people holding HER back, werewolves being shadow monsters—-
His eyes widened for a moment.
This opened quite a few doors in regards to who this could be.
But given who said this, he figured he should involve her in order to make sure he got everything he needed. Who knows what else she might have seen or heard during that altercation over here.
"Hey...Fluffy, I am right?" Shane walked over, and whispered to her, "Don't let that girl get under your skin, especially right now. She's just involved in...country matters."
He then asked, "I happened to overhear you talking about the werewolf attack, and I myself was aiming to do some research on this. Would you be up to join me for that?"
