This is also looking like it's going to be her backstory chapter. I'm wondering if that sword wielding shadow is meant to be her or if it'll be someone we see in the chapter itself

I know the first book ends after chapter 4. I don't know if the division for the second book has been stated, but between chapters 9 and 10 seems like a decent spot.
Between 8 and 9 can make for a possible cliffhanger, too
Talking about blood and water as fluids reminds me of how Undine survived the monster's attack in the first place. A chapter name about a heart chamber filling with fluid might be her letting Undine in, huh?

Exploring the dangers of cat-sassing
Nutritionyal, my god this pun
I need to know the deep intricacies of Kokoro's relationship with the Power Crunch cereal stat
Hm... she seems to live alone. At least, we haven't seen any indication of family at all. Only the cat.
Also, it must be really awkward to eat a cereal with you on the cover.
We already know she lives in a Magical Girl dorm or boarding house.
Given that, I'm honestly surprised she has a pet.
On thinking about it, I want an interstitial or guest comic of Kicks hastily trying to clean up after a wild party of Kokoro coming home to the aftermath of one.

Oh. Right.
Even then, no pictures or anything. Or maybe I'm reading too much into this.
Well, we know she has a backstory that she feels bad for withholding from Undine, so maybe it's related to that.
- All the character names will be the same except for Undine, who will be Ondine
- They considered translating Heartful Punch, but kept it as English, which is in line with how other magical girl names (e.g. Sailor Moon) are handled in translation
I love the goofy expressions
Forever liveblogging the AvengersKokoro's last name is actually just punch in Japanese
Kokoro Panchi?
Not sure what the actual Japanese word for punch is

Closest seems to be 打ち抜く ("uchinuku"), which is a verb that means "to punch out."
I saw that but there were enough alternatives I wasn't sure what to go with besides the obvious for the joke.
I also remember from My Love Story!! that "Uchi" as a feminine Japanese pronoun.
That is now my headcanon for what Kokoro would use when speaking Japanese.
Tsuki can mean "thrust," and it's the term that karate uses for straight punches.
There's also Ken, the word for fist (if I'm not mistaken. Japanese lessons were a long, long time ago). It would fit the bill.
Heartful Punch's dark secret, she was once scouted for Team Sailor note
"Ken" means like a dozen things in Japanese. It's one of the basic words for "sword," though typically a more specific word (usually katana) is used instead.

Confirming in-page that Claire's family is also Zoe's family and Kokoro, possibly once again, Innocently Insensitive with a new acquaintance with that last line.
Also, now that it's confirmed Zoe has only been an MG for only a few weeks, does that make the Archery Girl's harassing her about not going out Harsher in Hindsight? Since it means she's getting in the face of a girl who only just got her powers for not going on patrol?
poor communication is the bane of all mahous no matter the medium
Cube tweeted a picture of Zoe in front of a background that I've since discovered is the Transgender Pride Flag.

It's a good acknowledgement of HP's status as a main character. She gets a chapter for herself.
Plus, I'm just nitpicking at a technicality.
