Tropers: The Series

"Maaaaan, am I stupid?"
"Don't feel bad, love, I cocked up the exam too."
"Well, at least we'll still be able to participate."

"I've been gone from the world for a hundred years," the Cult Magician snarls. "Had they asked me about the deepest, darkest terrors of the great beyond; of the Old Gods that lurk just beyond the limits of the universe; of the tomes and tomes of ancient knowledge that I have commited to the darkest reccesses of my memory, I would have won."

"Well, no sense in being a sore loser," the Imp sticks his tongue out.

Yadadada.......I’m still gonna beat you.

Sherson D. Pringles IV smiles passively.

"Lowest scorer wins? I like that idea! Elections should work that way, and then I'd be mayor!"

"But only the people who can afford a trillion-dollar loan!"

A man steps out and motions to everyone in the room.

Everyone who wishes to 🅱artici🅱ate, 🅱lease 🅱ollow me to the wai🅱ing 🅱oom.

Zanreo and CATS follow him.

"Here goes 🅱️othing... fuck now they've got me doing it" Custard grumbles, following the others to the waiting room.

"Here we go..."
(Chey and Ford follow as well.)

Sherson slinks into the waiting room, mumbling something about "Badger" to himself.

Mad, m8, Robotnik, and Gaben also follow.

The waiting room is dark. It's pretty much impossible to see, except for the center of the room, which has a spotlight shining down on it with multiple chairs.

🅱it 🅱own and wait for the 🅱how to 🅱tart.

"Mad, why would they choose the dumber ones to go to the quiz?"

"Have you ever seen a gameshow? They never pick the smart ones. Every single contestant must be a dumbass."

"Well I feel like a lucky foreigner here. I don't know much on the quizzes subjects since I've only been in this place for a short time."

Dookie and Shelley follow into the room.

Knife sits down and, like a dickbag, rests their feet on one of the empty chairs.

Dark Bee briefly teleports into the waiting room, does an Eye Am Watching You gesture at the tropers, and then teleports back into the audience.

"So idiots are the ones that go to the waiting room, huh? I see how it is. A reeve uh durch." Guy gave a lazy one-fingered salute then made his way to the audience.

"I'm smart!"

"I swear I'm not stupid, I swear I'm not stupid, I swear I'm not stupid..."

"I'm stupid," I say, making a dopey face as I take a seat next to Custard.

"I'm a computer, I should be better than the average human, why am I here?!"

The lights slowly turn on, and a set of curtains open.

The Tropers and the others sit in front of a large audience, with many cheering fans.

A man in a suit and tie with slicked-back blond hair, seemingly in his 40s or 50s, stands in the center of the room. He presses a button, and the Tropers' chairs move to one side of the room, while the villains and those associated move to the other side. A table rises up with a screen on the front saying "TEAM TROPERS" on it. On the flipside, the other team's table rises up to say "TEAM VILLAINS".

The man speaks into his microphone.

   Good morning, my adoring fans! My name is Bobby Buzzer! Are you all ready for a FANTA🅱ULOUS gameshow?   

The crowd goes wild.

"Yeah, go Team Tropers!"

However, Bee's face shifts to an Oh, Crap! expression when he sees Shelley.

Meanwhile, Dark Bee is slow clapping with a serious expression on his face.

"Um, I actually don't know who any of these people are. May I be on a different team?"

   Oh, shut your trrrap, blob boy! No matter what team you're on, your intelligence will be CRRRRRRRRRRRUSHED by the great Dr. Rrrrrrrrrrrrobotnik!
