@Goetia is the weakest: Kiara comments that Goetia is technically stronger than her but she’s better than them because they are just raw strength while she has a much more complex and broken set of abilities.
Biggest problem with Mara is lack of buildup.
Kiara comes from another game entirely, we know how powerful Goetia is since London, and Tiamat, well, she briefly turns the story into Muv-Luv Alternative from the moment she shows up.
In comparison, not only is Mara mostly a rehash of Kiara, down to the individual plot points of her event, but she never has much to time to really show off.
Which is why I don't think Nasu wrote that event: not that he doesn't have his issues as a writer, but he has never failed to hype up a Final Boss properly.
Kiara and Mara are in their Larval Stages and hadn't even fully manifested either. Though Mara got even closer to it than Kiara did.
Of course Mara hates himself so he leaves very clear holes that she should notice in hindsight if she wasn't being secretly emo.

That's what I'm expecting since it makes a good teaser for the anime, introduces a new class (plz be the Alter Ego counter) as gacha bait, and she's basically one of three characters (the other two are Kay and the almost certainly guaranteed Gray) who can be a Servant in the entire series, though granted the latter is annulled if they go back to the lol alaya or pseudo-servant well for Reines or *insert other Case Files character here*.

I was thinking of the Lucoa and the Protagonist. During Babylon it seems Lucoa was falling for the Protagonist. Yet its stated she only thinks of them as just a sibling. But was she thinking of that when a we did that epic Plancha?

IMO Kiara became good for taking on mobs after her upgrades because she has in her completely upgraded kit:
- AOE buff removal/defense down/NP bar reduction, also cooldown got reduced in the upgrade to something more managable
- 50% instant gauge/Arts down/Debuff resistance down, same thing about cooldown upgrade applies here
- All the buffs from Goddess Metamorphosis which instead of the next turn stun simply has a HP reduction which can easily be ignored with her NP heal
- Invul Pierce applied before NP damage just in case her first skill is on cooldown
