The event is called Tokugawa Kaiten Meirou Oo-oku, or Tokugawa Revolution Labyrinth Ladies' Quarters. Event details will be posted on the 24th JST.

I feel like the labyrinth event is going to be one long reference to Etrian Odyssey and/or the games that series was trying to emulate, so I'm dreading what kind of bad event gimmicks they'll stuff into it.

Ooku is the inner palace in the Oosaka castle. It contains the shogun's harem and the place where its ladies live. Last event ended with Merlin saying "a GOLDEN adventure awaits you next", which means Kintoki, which means 3rd Raita event in a row. As much as I liked Murasaki and Moriarty, I don't think I want Raita messing with the shogun's harem.

I don't think Chacha was designed by Raita, but that is certainly a possibility.
She might even end up as our first Avenger Welfare.

It's true that Raita didn't design Chacha, but the very few keywords we have for the event so far do kind of implicate her. At the very least, it puts it around the time she was alive.

Raita is best left to draw men. Moriary and Kintoki look great. He however should be kept away from women with a flaming pole. For someone with such appreciation for boobies he sure sucks at drawing them.
