Stardew Valley Multiplayer Update now on Switch.
I hope the multiplayer will be cross-platform compatible, now or some other day, because I'd like to play with my brother when he uses his PC version.
Nintendo is fine with crossplay so that's on the dev.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Persona 5 will be on the Switch. Someone recently asked the Regginator about it, and he responded with the standard "We have no comment about that at this time".
Ukrainian Red CrossSuda 51 is interested in making Switch ports for the No More Heroes games. Time stamp is 4:29.
Rumor: Nintendo may change the name of the Switch eShop to Nintendo Switch Online Shop, a change which was spotted in legal documents of Nintendo suing a California man for selling Classic consoles with over 800 games and modded Switches.
The nintendo ninjas strike again. I was thinking of making some... modifications to my SNES classic but now I’m not so sure
You're going to pay a price for every bloody thing you do and everything you don't do. You don't get to choose to not pay a price. That was posted on the previous page.
If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?Nintendo won't go after you if you hack or modify your own SNES Mini. They went after that guy because he was selling modded systems and infringing copyright.
Ukrainian Red CrossI bought Monster Boy & the Cursed Kingdom because I loved Wonder Boy: The Dragon's Trap.
I am not particularly feeling it but it is very pretty.
NVM I got it to work.

Ultimate is going to crush Smash U's worldwide sales in the US alone.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Let's Go must of really fell off quickly in the states if it's only at 2 million now.
To be fair to it a lot of that is Smash Ultimate hype more likely than not, but the conceit that Pokemon Go players would spend the money to pick up Switches just to play it was probably just that.

It's selling at a similar pace to XY. I think that did 2.6 million in the US by the end of the year. LG should do similar numbers, if a bit lower. Japan is what's really saving us.
Your preferences are not everyone else's preferences.Which sounds like most of the people who bought it were probably either lapsed fans or the folks that buy every Pokemon game.
I will be picking up a Switch shortly after Christmas with Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
Other than Breath of the Wild (which I am not ready to pick up yet), what are everyone’s game recommendations?
Mario: Odyssey is great, and I'm saying this as someone who is bad at and dislikes playing platformers as a genre. I almost 100% completed Mario: Odyssey, it's such a fantastic game. Mario himself controls like a dream, he has so many movement options that it almost feels overpowered once you master his controls. There's so much content and so many challenges in the game, it's absurd.
Just a note if you do get it: don't get too hung up on getting everything during your initial story playthrough, but also don't breeze through the game as fast as possible. More challenges unlock after you clear each Kingdom and even more unlock after you beat the story mode, the credits only mark the halfway point of the game. That said, you really need to let yourself fall in love with each Kingdom, because in the process of getting everything, you will become very intimately familiar with every nook and cranny of every level.
Fire Emblem Warriors or Hyrule Warriors if you like Musous.
Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle for Strategy
Octopath Traveler for RPG

Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less.Strategy is a broad category (so is RPG, for that matter). Could you expand on what the Rabbids game actually is?
Turned-based strategy, similar to X Com if you've played that.
It would probably be easier for you to look up some gameplay footage than for me to describe it, honestly.
Health sure is versatile. It's possible to be both light-headed and dim-witted. At the same time, no less. From what I understand, it's basically a simplified version ofXCOM; tactical turn-based strategy. Granted, I haven't played it myself.
One thing to mention about the Switch is that it's a great platform for indie titles, as well. I personally had a lot of fun with Death Road To Canada, and, if you've got friends for local multiplayer, Towerfall Ascension and Ultimate Chicken Horse are fine additions, too.
Switch FC code: SW-4420-1809-1805I was going to finally get Shovel Knight, so I have that covered.
Super Smash Bros. Ultimate sold 5 million units worldwide in its 3 days.
For reference:
- For Wii U sold around 5.35 million units in its lifetime.
- The PS4 Spider-Man game sold around 3 million in its first 3 days.

If a tree falls in the forest and nobody remembers it, who else will you have ice cream with?To expand on Octopath Traveler, it's got all the good and the bad of classic JRP Gs. The story is good, even though the 8 party members' campaigns are largely standalone. The gameplay can get repetitive since the dungeons can be a bit samey, but the battle system works well I think.
In terms of JRP Gs, I'd also recommend Xenoblade Chronicles 2. Especially if you've played the first one or even just X
I haven’t played either yet, but they’re on my list.
Xenoblade 2 and Breath of the Wild are both games I want but am not ready to pick up yet. Fire Emblem Warriors is a game I’m actively avoiding.
Good to know Octopath Traveler is good!
Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes is being priced at $25 if you buy digital. (Physical comes with the Season Pass and is $40.)
