NOTE - Report bugs along with your browser/version, operating system/version, and device. There are thousands of these combinations, and most bugs right now only affect certain combinations.
Tropers - As you are probably well aware by now, we've made a ton of changes to TV Tropes. Although most of the changes you see are primarily cosmetic, we are also part way through a complete overhaul of the backend code. With so many changes under the hood, it is entirely possible we broke a few things. If you find something that does not appear to be working correctly, this is the place to report it.
Please note, this thread is for BUGS only! If you have an idea, wish, or anything to say that is not related to a bug, please do not post it here. Those things can all be posted and discussed on other threads in Wiki Talk or the Tech Wishlist.
The more information you can provide about the bug (e.g., browser, operating system, etc.) and how to re-create it, the more likely we will be able to squash it.
Happy Troping!
EDIT: Here are some things that have been reported:
- Login issues
- Logins not sticking between devices
- Some people are still having issues with dropped logins.
- You can't log in if your username contains a space. Remove the space.
- Javascript: Your device must be able to run Javascript from tvtropes.org, static.tvtropes.org, ajax.googleapis.com, and netdna.bootstrapcdn.com. If you are blocking any of these, lots of things won't work, like editing pages.

Also seeing a double scrollbar on Firefox.
Though I should note that the problem isn't with the (right) scrollbar. The problem is that I can't scroll with the arrow keys or Page Up/Page Down keys on my keyboard.
@Logging problem: Chrome on all of them. Smartphone is Android.
That's what I mean—using the keys, for some reason, might be causing your computer to try to scroll the wrong bar. Since the left bar is nonfunctional, if your computer is trying to move it, nothing will happen. That's my guess, anyway.
But what's weird is this:
- Using the arrow keys: Nothing
- Using pg dn/up: Nothing
- Using mousewheel/latop touchpad: Nothing
- Using touchscreen input: LAGGY SCROLLING FOR EVERYONE
Another one!
IE 11 Modern app (Windows 8.1 GDR 1)
- Site fails to resize properly. No, seriously. What the fuck is this◊?
Also, that Complete Monster thread is not working properly for me still.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanRe: this post, my extra scrollbar has gone, but I am seeing this giant blank space on the Add Post screen.
Ditto.
Extra scrollbar also gone here.

New default mobile site thing looks like doody. The longest, thinnest, most uncomfortable doody phonekind has ever seen.
Also (in the Desktop Version now, because obviously), said phone's text thing has gone epileptic; I'm jumping all over the damn page trying to type this right now; it's dizzying.
i care but i'm restless, i'm here but i'm really gone, i'm wrong and i'm sorry, babyFollowing up from Septimus Heap I too can't see the content of the Complete Monster Cleanup Thread. I can move between pages, but no posts (and the "Total Posts" count is at 0).
We are working on it.
PLEASE - let us know your browser/version, operating system, and device when reporting a bug. Also, if you attach a screenshot, the bug will get fixed faster.
I just got my login dropped from my Windows Phone (Microsoft Lumia 830, OS 8.1 GDR 1 Denim, IE 11).
I can't seem to log back in. I check the "I'm not a robot" box, and the dial just goes round, and round, and round, and round for infinity.

Um, there's this weird yellow ring around my avatar.
Is that supposed to be there?
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseOn my phone (an iPhone 7.1.2, not sure how to tell which version of Safari, sorry), the login works normally.
Checking over the site in mobile-mode, only things I notice are [1] and [2].
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHere's my avatar before the change.
Here's it (a different avatar) after the change.
Is there supposed to be a yellow ring around it?
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone else
Are you seeing any difference between those two (the second one has table markup around it, the first doesn't)?
TV Tropes's No. 1 bread themed lesbian. she/her, fae/faerI see no ring or table border around avatars.

"It's Occam's Shuriken! If the answer is elusive, never rule out ninjas!"Yes, but that's not what I was talking about.
I was talking about the avatar in the top-right-hand corner.
Or are those related somehow?

what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseWhat browser/version are you on again? I am to lazy to read above.
That is also happening here. There's a golden border around my avatar.
EDIT: Chrome (I assume it's the latest version because it updated today), Windows 8.1.

The avatar on the user menu of the top bar has a yellow ring around it due to this css rule for .profile-image:
border-radius: 5px; border: 1px solid #FDFF47;

I'm on Firefox.
Whatever the latest version is.
what do you mean I didn't win, I ate more wet t-shirts than anyone elseIt was so small I didn't notice. We will remove it - just an artifact of some styling we were playing around with.
I'm also seeing the double scroll bar, as well as not being able to view posts in IP and TRS threads. (I'm using Chrome 40 on Windows 8.1.) Scrolling still works, though.
During the time when posting wasn't working, I noticed that the ads were causing the page to erratically jump up and down as they loaded. I haven't encountered it in the past few minutes, but I thought it might be worth mentioning.
