This “““trope””” still has a quotes page. What should be done about it?
It should be cutlisted. I forgot to do that
Macron's notesI take that these wicks are the only work left?
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanYeah, that's the only thing left. I will do some today.
Macron's notesWell now that HSQ is finally done, I will devote my time into cleaning the wicks for southpaw.
Macron's notesUmm....please pardon my sudden participation, but after opening the page for this trope and finding it to have been placed under discussion, I couldn't help but feel the need to intercede on it's behalf.
Now it's clear that I'm not an expert in this matter in comparison to everyone else here, but If you don't mind my saying so, this whole ordeal seems rather superfluous. Does a single page truly require this much attention and debate?
Why not simply restore the information regarding the history of Southpaws, and then keep the information for the Southpaw Advantage page, and just leave it at that?
Thank you for your time. Have a good day/evening and I hope that you are all doing well during these times!
Sincerely yours,
The_Taming_Interpreter
Well the issue with the page was that it was just a catalogue of left handed characters which isn't a trope so it was split into other tropes that cover the meanings/portrayals of lefthandedness beyond the handiness if that makes sense
Macron's notesI dewicked the redirect South Paw. It has 102 inbounds.
my brain is a computer with 4k of ram. this is a jokes wikiYay, down 386!
I have been in a rut and busy so haven’t been helping much but I will knock down some wicks tomorrow.
Macron's notesFinished Characters/ wicks. Down 153.
Macron's notesHi, with the removal of the southpaw trope( which sucks as it got me into TV Tropes) I would like to suggest some new subpages since most of the current southpaw subpages are villain tropes. Significant Southpaw- When left handedness is use as a plot point(excluding the killer is left handed)
Magical Leftie-When a left handed character is associated with magical or supernatural.
Outfielder Southpaw- when left handness is use as a symbol of outcast or weirdness.
I tired to use trope launch lad but I suck at convincing people and I got the wrong form to suggest it. So be take these suggestions into consideration.
How exactly do any of those concepts really exist, though? We don’t want tropes that are just a combination of two random traits that happen to occur together in some characters. Red Right Hand and Mark of the Supernatural already fit those ideas well, anyway.
back lol- Well, Fanfic.Marionettes has "Left-hander switches to using right hand to disguise self."

Disambig Needed: Help with those issues! tvtropes.org/pmwiki/posts.php?discussion=13324299140A37493800&page=24#comment-576I think they could work as potential subtropes, stemming from the same stigmatization that resulted in A Sinister Clue, but you would have to TLP it. A little too late now for a retool.
I tried using the trope launch pad but as said before I’m not very good at convincing. I do agree that subcategories would work as I was saying they could be subpages
OK, the wicks are gone save for the archive and a Troper page (which, weirdly, isn't on the page that's in the Related Links).
I have to run, so can someone else check and see if everything's done?
Yep everything is done! Hollering for a lock.
Macron's notesOkay, closing.
