Everyone vs. Everybody [TV TROPES EDITION]

I have started this on another part of the internet and it got pretty popular with 90+ pages and counting. As I looked out on my "magnificent" creation I decided that I needed to expand it to newer, bolder horizons. The obvious answer? Game FA Qs, but forget that. So without further adieu, I present to everyone with an access to the internet, this monstrosity that calls itself a game.

Everyone vs. Everybody is based upon a very simple concept. Everyone and everything in fiction suddenly decides to go to war with each other because of reasons.

All players start out on their character's home planet and time, with Time Portals to transport them to the main setting, modern-day Earth. There are only five stats in-game, the functions of which should be fairly obvious.

HP- Health, displays how close you are to dying, 10 HP is for the average human

DF- Defense, a "shield" around your body acting as a second health bar

MP- Magic, how much magic you have left

EN- Energy, like magic, but with technology or ki

SP- Speed, how easy it is for you to dodge attacks and move to locations

There is no limit on how many items you can carry, although they will weigh you down, decreasing your speed stat. Whenever you introduce your character you should give me a quick list of their powers, abilities, and accomplishments so that I can fairly determine their stats.

Reflecting the simple mechanics, there are only a eight simple rules as well.

SOURCES OF INSPIRATION: The Ultimate Showdown of Ultimate Destiny, Destroy the Godmodder. The Ultimate Showdown inspired the concept, and Destroy the Godmodder inspired some of the mechanics.

REMINDER: You can join as any non-omnipotent character at any time. There will never be a time where I won't accept new characters.

Yeah, I don't really know much about your character. I know he's powerful, but that's about it. Hence why I asked for a summary of the character, which I guess you technically did.

Oh, okay, sorry. I didn't post stats because I'm not sure where he'd be in terms of power. Pretty much all his power comes from the massive collection of artifacts he wields, beyond those he has the power of a regular Minecraftian (Health for a Minecraftian would be about 20 actually, defense would be 0 without armor, Magic would be about 5, energy would also be 5, and speed would be 2. That's a regular Minecraftian though.) For the sake of near simplicity, He won't have any items besides the main ones in his inventory. He is soul-bonded to all of them, and gains use of all the magics within them due to that soul bond, the extra abilities of each item (channeling and such) that is not part of the base enchantment is not gifted to him however, so even magical items are far more effective for him when they are equipped rather than just in his inventory.

The (still rather extensive) list of stuff he's packing is: Ircucvci (physical embodiment of Rule of Cool, packed into a sword.) Godcrafted (a gun that has a ridiculous number of utility uses and nothing particularly useful) Attachyon (another tech-only weapon, that launches projectiles at speeds up to three times the speed of light. Yeah. Destructive) Ultimatum (A massive gun capable of unloading ridiculous amounts of 8 types of rounds, bullets, rockets, cannonballs, lasers, bombs, railgun rounds, mortar shells and mini-nukes. The psi-shells act as ammo for the bullets), and the Faceless Eight (a Slender version of the fluorite octet). These are his base items. Except for Ircucvci and the Faceless Eight, they give piono no bonus to stats. Ircucvci greatly increases his health, defense and speed. Like, a lot. To the point that he's moving so fast he could outrun Dirk Strider. Without Ircucvci drawn. The Faceless Eight gives him another large boost to health and defense, but unlike Ircucvci, which boosts his speed, the Faceless Eight give him a huge mana reserve. Okay, the Psi-shell, not soul-bonded since its ammo. The psi-shell is high powered Recursive Ammo mixed with buckshot. I single fired psi-shell gives you close to ten thousand bullets. Each one of those bullets is basically an armor-piercing round, spread area, piercing, and with the force of a heavy shotgun slug. (that's each of the slugs by the way). the bullets alone are fired at a pace such as that 'you press the trigger then immediately take it off and you've already bankrupted China.' More Dakka indeed.

In addition to those, piono has a set of 25 high power elemental items (you know of my alchemy chain, Terra Firma and the rest, I've finished the first 15 in-game over there). There is the massive earth hammer, the fire axe, the water spear, the air bow, the plant staff, the dual energy rifles, the ice dagger, the lightning wand, the time watch, the space whip, the light mace, the dark gauntlet (worn by piono), the void sickle, the order scepter, the chaos ring (worn by piono), the life scythe, the death vial, the metal (yes, element) flail, the psychic head piece (worn by piono), the gravity breast plate (worn by piono), the magic amulet (worn by piono), the distortion mirror, the creation pickaxe, the oblivion rod and the reality scroll. Piono is soul-bonded to all of those, for the massive powers boosts they all give him.

Additionally, he has an extra set of swords beyond Ircucvci that he doesn't use unless he feels the need (because the high magic level causes them to attract tons of unwanted attention if overused) . They are, from weakest to strongest (that I've gotten so far in DTG2) The archangel's blade (high power sword, contains earth, air, water and fire magic in extremely high levels), the Cherub's rapier (same as archangel's blade plus plant, ice, energy and lightning), God's Forger (same as Cherub's Rapier plus time and space), Rapture (contains all the elements up to void, not in as great a level of power as the other mega swords piono wields, but it is an extremely formidable blade), Pyrocumulus (god's Forger plus light, dark and void) and Ohgodwhat (Pyrocumulus plus order and chaos). In addition to those six blades, piono has four others. All ten of these powerful blades are soul-bonded to piono, with appropriate power levels. If you wish to make your own life easier, feel free to bump up his stats once I'm able to post the power levels of those four blade so that you don't have to worry about getting his stats wrong.

All these weapons are powerful to one degree or another, and piono has extensive combat training in various different things, even if all soul-bonds were cut, he'd still be an extreme Bad Ass. It is pretty much impossible to cut soul-bonds without the consent of the person who made the soul-bond though, and since piono respawns except under very, very improbable situations (to the point that even Tricky wouldn't be able to reproduce them) and keeps his inventory on death... Yeah. Barring extenuating circumstances he's gonna be around for quite a while.

Anyway, that's piono. If things get really crazy, I might call in Project Nexus and tricky, but probably not, because piono is overpowered on his own.

Piono pulls out the reality scroll, and with it warps to modern-day Earth. Or one of them. There's quite a lot in the multiverse. He looks out over everything... So what the heck is here that's important?

Rapture. Contains all elemental magics, but not as powerful with its magic as the other swords

Pyrocumulus. God's Forger plus light, dark, and void magic

Ohgodwhat. Pyrocumulus plus order and chaos magic

I wander around, my sword in it's sheath, yet nobody cares I have one. I look for any power levels around my area, hoping to not bump into a high one, yet wandering why I also want to. [Must be saiyan instinct. Oh well.] I walk into the nearest store.

All of us are new to the game, no big. I'm just learning as I go.

I'd say his stats are a good deal higher than that (plus all items give a larger boost when unsheathed, but still give the bonus when sheathed, but not going to count the extra bonus from being unsheathed) but whatever, not going to nitpick, probably won't be a problem for quite some time. Also forgot one sword. He's packing oblivion's destroyer.

Piono feels an oncoming wave of power.

Hmm... the power signature feels vaguely like Dimentio's... So probably a member of the Dark Carnival, or someone who would end up being affiliated with it in other circumstances. Wonderful.

Piono draws Ircucvci and begins charging up his mana, keeping an eye out for whoever is coming. (and various mana sensors)

EDIT: Just noticed something, the psi-shells only act as ammo for bullets. The other seven types are just the standard fare of each kind. So yeah, the psi-shells are really what you have to worry about. Which is a problem because the bullets are the things fired in greatest quantity.

EDITx2: Gah, I feel stupid, I keep forgetting smaller details. Piono has a hammer-space inventory, so he isn't weighed down by stuff unless he's keeping it on hand (For the sake of the GMs sanity, I'll keep the items listed that are slowing piono due to being in use or kept ready.

Items: Shadow gauntlet, chaos ring, psychic headpiece, gravity breastplate, magic amulet, Ircucvci

I gather some food and put it in a shopping cart. [Wow, they seem to have less science advancement than my norm. Maybe they still have energy capsules.] As my shopping cart is filled as I need, I walk to the register and ask "By perchance do you have any energy capsules?" I pull a few gold coins from my pocket, and ready to pay.

I would like to know if The Beast from inFAMOUS: 2 would be omnipotent or not. His powers are: Pyrokinesis: The ability to control fire with one's mind. The Beast uses this ability to throw fireballs and shockwaves of fire at enemies. Giant: The Beast can absorb matter to grow in size, expanding and improving his other abilities. Anti-gravity: Releases a wave of energy that instantly nullifies the effects of gravity within its surroundings. Requires a lot of concentration. Vacuum: Creates a localized black hole in his palm to absorb matter. Regeneration: The Beast uses absorbed matter to heal any injuries he has sustained, releasing a destructive shockwave in the process. Ray Field Blast: The Beast can channel large amounts of Ray Field energy into a powerful explosion similar to a Ray Sphere blast, activating potential Conduits while killing any nearby normal humans. Control: The Beast can use his powers to amplify or weaken any nearby Conduit's abilities, such as Cole's Electric Drain and Static Thrusters. Teleportation: An ability the Beast uses against Cole during their first encounter. Telepathy: The Beast can use this to talk directly to Cole through his mind.

note: Cole is the protaganist, of the game

what Kefka does not know, due to piono using the magic amulet to shield, is that piono's charging all of his elemental powers in over-drive.
