Okay that intro to the review sounds like satire. Is the site this review came from is a satire site, cause clearly I can't take it seriously.
The best I can find paints the site as basically being one of those racist right-wing anti-SJW red pill type sites.
Have you any dreams you'd like to sell? The rest of I've read on there indicates it to be not satire. But I'm uncertain whether to be horrified at their blatantly fascist words or love that their hill to die on is The Angry Birds Movie.
Wait hold on this movie had the audacity to call itself the next The LEGO Movie?. Dear lord I hope to god that my family does not force me to watch it because my toddler brothers are interested in it. This movie sounds like a travesty....

Formerly known as Bleddyn And I am feeling like a ghost Resident Perky GothWhen you hear about this sort of thing, do what I do and take solace in the fact that you only ever see or hear about these people on the internet for a very good reason; no-one takes them seriously, just like the extreme 'SJWs' they oppose.
On a less political note, is the movie actually that bad? I seem to be getting a lot of mixed signals here.

"If you think like a child, you will do a child's work."Can't really say (mostly that I haven't seen it yet and basing this on the trailers I saw and reviews made).
On one hand it is being held in high regards as the best video game movie and I have to admit I laugh at some of the jokes.
On the other hand being considered the best video game movie is like winning at an Internet argument which that is like winning gold at the Special Olympics, so don't really expect it's quality to be as good as say a Pixar movie. It seems to follow the generic Dreamworks plot in terms of story. How they attempt to integrate the gameplay in the movie comes off awkward and very forced. And (again taken from others opinion) it's a noisy movie . . . though it is an Angry Birds movie so annoying sounds were bound to happen.
Goddamn that law! For a second I thought I have myself a hilarious site to frequent to that is in on the joke.
The similarities are there with its All Star cast, comedic tone and being a 90 minute commercial. The difference is pretty obvious once you compare quality.

-_- I don't know who this Gregory Hood is, but I feel like I wouldn't get along with him.
Hey! Dont diss the special olympics bro!
Discord: Waido X 255#1372 If you cant contact me on TV Tropes do it here.I've always thought The LEGO Movie is kinda overrated anyway. Don't get me wrong, it's a good movie and far better than the average 'samey' LEGO shlock with interchangeable spoof characters every franchise has at least ten installements of now, but I never understood the feverish worship it gets.
What I'm saying is, if a movie calls itself the next LEGO Movie I don't think that's too much of a high measurement bar for yourself. Then again, I seem to be the only one who thinks that way.

Sorry. I know dissing on the Special Olympics and all of its participants is low, but when compare to the actual Olympics and all their participants it's pretty subpar and not as impressive by comparison. Unless of course somebody with a disability enter the real thing and manage to not only be an impressive competitor but also win some medals, I will be truly amazed and be inspired by such convictions of the participant.
Hmm, that's make it a fine allegory to video game movies. Until we get that one adaptions that breaks away from the mold and be a truly well made movie, video game movies are just films we want to do great like all the other movies but really are not as they have their own handicap for quality they generate.
. . . Man I think went too far with this. Maybe I should not post th- ah who am I kidding! I posted a piece where Donald Trump will make an Awesome and Lulzy president, can't sink lower than that!
It's not that bad.
I saw it, I don't regret having seen it, but I don't have any need to see it again.

I never saw the big deal about the Lego movie.
As for this movie, there is ALOT of adult jokes in it. And most are very obvious, but at least it isn't a grossout-fest (the only real grossout bit is the pee scene). I saw the movie with my little cousins and it's not a terrible movie, for what it is it's ok. It had some funny parts, and this may make me a heretic to some of you, but it was better than anything Pixar has done. (I'm not a Pixar fan)
Ya, I'm weird like that...My kind sir, I accept your challenge!
Joking aside, the movie is worth a watch if only for some the the jokes, the plot's kinda predictable in some places and there is a little filler ( The quest for Mighty Eagle is dragged on for a while ).
Ya, I'm weird like that...Good! I look forward to defeating you in the field of combat!
...
I can't remember, who is it that chooses time, place, and method of dueling, challenger or challenged?

Most TV Tropes duels end up with a mod shooting both duelists down.
I'd be interested in a civil, level-headed discussion between the two.
Peace is the only battle worth waging.Ya, a level-headed disscussion is what I was talking about. I'm not the kind of person to start an aggressive debate.
I think that TABM was more enjoyable than a Pixar film, because IMHO, Pixar films just shoot for striking people "in the feels". I never found a Pixar film to be funny or interesting. But that's mostly because I tend to like cult films (I'm not saying TABM is one, mind you) and movies that are there own little thing rather than trying to "hit the feels". I hope this makes sense.
Edit: But I mean absolutely no harm to Pixar fans! You are entitled to your opinions and likes.

Ya, I'm weird like that...Pixar *is* kind of overrated (their villains tend to suck hard, many of their films have too much of an USA feeling to translate well for other cultures IMHO, Cars and Monsters U being the most glaring examples, their morals can be either too naive or mutually contradictory at times, their setups sometimes clash against the setting's own conception), but The Incredibles, Wall-E and Monster Inc. are three of the finest animated movies ever made. Finding Nemo and Inside Out hold out very well too, and Brave is sorely underrated. Everything else from them I find mostly meh.
I actually liked Cars at first (despite being British, in contradiction of the above post :V), but only for the sheer novelty of a setting populated by anthropomorphic cars and all the questions it raises. After that wore off and all its flaws were brought to my attention, it just seemed like 'an okay movie' in my opinion. Not a bad movie by any means, but not exactly a standout.note
That being said, The Incredibles and Inside Out are two of my Big Three favourite CG-animated movies thus far. I'll let you guess what the third is.
I always thought the soundtracks to Pixar movies are rather weak, if nothing else.

"If you think like a child, you will do a child's work."Is the third one Zootopia?
As I said before TABM has a lot of radar dodging, no, radar shattering jokes. The yellow bird, Chuck, at one point makes suggestive hip thrusts as says something along the lines of "Get ready ladies, we're about to make some eggs!"
And Red's response to anger management? "pluck my life".
Ya, I'm weird like that...
Let's not kid ourselves, when The West was great, we raised our children on often racistic, classistic tales generally aimed at molding their minds through scaremongering so they could be the kind of citizens the status quo wanted them to.
Edit: Wait, is that page the kind of page I think it is...?!
