My bigger concern is that I feel like there should be an already-existing Stand that fits Ilya a lot better than Scary Monsters does.

Also, yeah, Shirou'd be screwed on his own. ...but there are a couple of other Masters that'd be willing and able to team up with him, as well.

Although, given the nature of the Grail War in comparison to Steely Dan's fight in the manga, Shinji could actually damn near solo the entire plot - have the microscopic Lovers invade his opponents' bodies and then wreck the shit out of their brains.

....it doesn't happen that way because Shinji's not clever enough to think of it, Sakura's not cruel or ruthless enough to think of it, and neither of them are particularly interested in asking grampa Zouken for advice (for their own different reasons, of course).

That's an... okay reason but I'd rather just have the Fate/stay night characters have their original stands. Less of a headache.

If I actually wrote an AU where Holly had enough fighting spirit to control her stand and joined Jotaro and other Stardust Crusaders to defeat DIO, I'd have it dedicated to tag battles.

See, I'm of the opinion that trying to create original Stands for the FSN characters would be the bigger headache...

But it would fit the setting and characters better.

Also, I'm of the opinion that Erina should have her own Stand and bizarre adventures!

Now, see, Erina (unlike Holly) actually does have the strength of will to control a Stand if she were to ever manifest one.

Don't know what kind of Stand I'd give her, though, given her Proper Lady (for the most part) personality...

I actually would have a Stand that symbolizes Erina's inner strength.

Okay. I actually had this idea before watching the relevant episode of Kamen Rider Double, but still. If a Stand user were killed - say, in order to defeat a Stand that the user was no longer able to control - and then resuscitated. Would the Stand stay gone, or would it revive again with its user?

At least for me, it's dependent on many factors, since it seems that Stand is basically manifestation of Psychic Powers. A bit similar with Personality Powers. However, in case of Stand going rogue and out-of-control, and said owner basically a decent person who valued his comrades more than his Power, then it's a safe bet that said Stand will not getting resurrected, or at least, resurrected with more limitations.

That's pretty much what I was figuring.

...Eva, when people speak about Wake-Up Call Boss, they normally speak about equivalent of sleepy guy getting doused with ice water. Or ice chunks.

Rosario and Joestar updates yet again!

Good news is, everyone (barely) managed to survive Kars!

Bad news is, that doesn't really make everyone less screwed than they were last update.

At last, the umpteenth and final(?) chapter of the fucking Witch Hill arc!

Alright, gonna unload a shit ton of Jojo fanfic ideas...

One of them involves Dio being just The Rival as opposed to the Big Bad to Jonathan, based off this video...

And another is basically an Elsewhere Fic set in between Stardust Crusaders and Diamond is Unbreakable, basically digging into the concept of mercenary Stand Users and research being done on Stands in general. Major details include Theme Naming for the Stands depending on factions. Heroes are named after Kamen Rider ending songs, a group researching on Stands are named after Game Grumps remixes, and the Big Bad and their Dragon are named after the opening and ending themes of Madoka respectively.

And also the Big Bad using their Stand, Connect as the endgame goal. Basically, Connect's power is basically what happens if the Bow and Arrow was a Stand. The Big Bad is planning to use Connect to give a good chunk of the populous in the USA Stand Powers. You could see the motive this villain has right off the bat.

And then there's another Big Bad whose Stand is "The Next Decade", which is able to send people to the next decade, getting them out of the way of his ambition.

I actually like the second idea better. Considering the fact that SC takes place near the end of the Cold War, your fic could also go into details on how The Great Politics Mess Up affected Stand research. It'll also be interesting to see how agencies other than the Speedwagon Foundation (i.e. the KGB and the CIA) used Stands.
