That's because Danes delight in mocking Swedes (sore feelings, long story) , and because the inaccuracy is funny in itself.

And with this, I am off to the Sauna. Winter warm-up, winter warm-up...

We are known for precisely three things:

1) Being the happiest people in the world.

2) Being the wimpiest kid in Europe and thinking we're somehow important.

3) Mocking Sweden with ruthless efficiency.

Still not embarrassing enough to stan billionaires or tech companies.

Is Pimento going to be a regular, or is her just going to tag along with the team for a couple of episodes?

My guess is the latter. My hope is the former. The cast hasn't changed at all for the entire series' run. A solid addition would do them good.

I could see him being something like Hitchcock/Skully or pulling a Kevin later in the series.

So, the season ended.

Now, I have to say this: I really enjoyed every episode, and I was impressed at the Peralta-Amy romance. Averting Shipping Bed Death is impressive.

But... something seemed "off" this season to me. Like every episode was dictated by characters making frankly bizarre and improbable decisions, bordering on Idiot Plot. Especially once the FBI came into the picture. There just was so much Fridge Logic with everything involving the FBI that it kind of took me out of the show from time-to-time.

But still, overall some of the best 23-minutes of TV per week.

Now, about the finale specifically... we're at the end of the third season and already I'm... really kind of cynical about any Everything Has Changed ending. Considering the first season ended with Peralta going undercover... that ended in the first five minutes of the first episode. Holt being reassigned took a couple episodes, but quickly was undone. It's difficult for me to be concerned about Greg and Larry when I just don't believe it'll stick.

I just finished watching all three seasons of this show, and I enjoyed it so much that I'm gonna rewatch it (along with finishing the rest of Parks and Rec). The last few episodes especially made me laugh harder than I have in a while. I really like this show. ^_^

Season four.

First episode: guest stars Maya Rudolph.

Second episode: guest stars Maya Rudolph again, and also Ken Marino.

Seriously show, you don't need to do this for me to like you. Just be funny as usual.

The episodes were still really funny, though. Also, I want Rosa's desk walls, with the doorbell. And Terry's yogurt fridge. Except I'd replace the yogurt with ice cream.

...maybe I'd need Charles' treadmill desk, too, just to ensure I don't die of a heart attack.

And now, we got Zooey Deschanel as a guest,.

It's not like she was there for long, though. The episode was surprisingly light on the crossover-iness.

Yeah but it's already been three actors I love as guests in four episodes. If they manage to squeeze in Kristen Bell before the end of the season, I start a religion worshipping this show.

I mean, considering she's on The Good Place now, which is also a Schur-run show (IIRC), it's certainly not impossible... tongue

Really didn't like the New Girl crossover. Felt really forced.

Especially Charles showing up in the New Girl episode. The guy lives in New York and has his whole life, but this time he takes interest in the buskers? Even if you think he's just doing it now because of his kid, he can't walk two blocks without seeing street performers.

Heh, I didn't even know it was a crossover as I don't know New Girl. I just assumed it was Zooey Deschanel playing her usual Zooey Deschanel character.

I started watching New Girl because I knew the crossover was coming. I'd be lying if I said I liked it as much as any of the shows I've already been following, but it's pretty good.

Maybe you'd be less disappointed if you stopped expecting things to be Carmen Sandiego movies.

Where'd you start? It's pretty great once season 1 gets into gear and it stops being "Look at how adorkable Zooey is!" and season 2 is fantastic... though there's a fair amount of rot in mid-/ate S3 that I kinda feel like it never recovered from.

I started from the beginning and am now a little bit into season 2. The good episodes are really good but I feel like the misses outnumber the hits.

As shocking as the literal Wham Shot of Gina being hit by a bus was, I've got a feeling that the show's gonna try to make us blame Charles for it. Because Gina probably will.

Don't get me wrong, but while I really like Chelsea Peretti's performance as Gina, I'm starting to get real tired of her Karma Houdini tendencies, and I've got a feeling that being hit by a bus isn't gonna humble her any.

Oh, Gina will definitely blame Charles for it. But I kinda doubt that the show with agree with her.

And yeah, I agree with you about the annoying-ness of her Karma Houdini tendencies.

Apparently, Gina Gershon is gonna be playing a cop who runs NYPD's most elite task force, and both Jake and Rosa want to get into that force. Sounds exciting! Also, any episodes with Jake and Rosa in the same plot is bound to be great, so this should be fun.
