He swings his sword around in his hand, then sheathes it, and finally jumps into the air, fist held high.

Suffice to say, he was very happy. And rather excited about having a new story to tell his friends, even if it will involve them watching an episode or two to catch his drift...

He looks around, and runs out of the facility. And then to Canada. And then across the oceans. And then across Oceania, and pretty much every single continent.

"Oookay, done scouting. Weird. I usually can't run this fast back in there."

He time travels back home.

@Anolis: I feel like this nightmare and the subsequent events is a Crowning Moment Of Awesome, a Crowning Moment Of Funny and Nightmare Fuel all at once.

@Pastry, last page: The thing is, the idea is that people should use a bit of common sense before trying anything, whether it's on the list or not. It doesn't say "if you want to try one of these things, ask first", it says "these are good examples of things you should ask first about". I think it's worded sufficiently to suggest that people use their own damn brains to decide whether something's trivial enough that it probably doesn't need permission.
Now, as you were. I'd like to not introduce yet another rules derail by getting tricked into a rant.

@ArchanosI wonder if we should add the nightmare sequence to each page on the Arena's main page. I actually added one awhile back under CMOA, so, yea.

Speaking of drawn avatars, I can draw avatars if anyone needs them. I drew this one to the left to make sure you knew Johnny's appearance, and I can easily do more pro bono.

The only response is a black robot with a bit of red trimming and decor popping out of cover inside the building Mami was facing and firing several expertly aimed shots with its matched handcannont at the Muskets, destroying several of them before ducking out of sight again.

Mami gives a cold, sharp gesture, using the remaining rifles to bombard the area the robot's hiding in.

The room the bot was hiding in gets shredded and perforated, but then; the killing machine itself suddenly dives out of the room right above the one that got blown up and while in mid-air guns Mami down with a furious barrage of Incendiary Armor-Piercing bullets.

I just realized that link is a lot less irrelevant than I thought it would be.

Caught off guard, Mami takes several painful hits and falls to her knees, momentarily clutching at her wounds and patting out flames, but then she spawns a new rifle and fires a particularly powerful shot at the robot.

She then proceeds to semi-calmly roll to put out the rest of the flames.

The bot takes a nasty hit on its right shoulder, violently spins in mid-air due to the impact and ends up landing in a heap on the ground, but it quickly manages to get back up on its feet; a benefit of it's mechanical nature.

Mami, too, pulls an unnaturally quick recovery, despite the fact that the golden ribbon-bandages she's just spawned are the only things stopping her from bleeding out.

"Who... are you?"

Alright, let's change characters, shall we?

As the sun set on the facility, a set of purple eyes blink from the shadows, only to disappear once again. Just then, the dragon flies out from behind the wall, into the sky.

Her stomach starts to grumble.

Great. Now I need food...

However, upon noticing the fight below her, her worries are soon alleviated...

The bot twirls the pistol on its left hand, a telling sign that Mami did some serious damage to the machine before it trains it on the Puella Magi's head. Apparently it isn't the type to talk... Or be courteous and grace people with a response.

Will go for a long while, just assume that whatever attack comes takes Gunslinger out.

Alright, guys, it's time to bring in an Eldritch Abomination...

Eyeing Mami, she swoops down to pick her up with her claws.
