Thought it was some kind of cap limit on my watchlist so I unwatched 150-200 items. You can remove watches still and it seems you can still remove only discussion pages and that won't get rid of the watch for the main page. Watchlist also seems updates correctly, so it seems a problem with the pages' format instead of a watchlist issue. You can access you through this url

I confirmed the middle row's missing for me as well.
Not that I needed those buttons (never used the watchlist anyway, apart from using it to check my own edits), but it's still a bug nonetheless.
It's happening for me, too, both logged in in Firefox and logged out in Chrome. I looked at the page source, and the html for the missing line is just not there, so it's not merely a display issue.

Can it be fetched back from whereever it has wandered off to, please?
