I like the idea Did I Just Think That Out Loud, since it also covers instances where the person has the ability to project thoughts, but it's dialog.

- Alice does not have psychic powers, but Bob's powers allow him to project his thoughts. He just realized he may have projected something that might offend her.
Both are Did I Just Say That Out Loud? + telepathy, but the current definition is the first example only. I think this trope should be a sub trope of Did I Just Say That Out Loud?, covering all telepathic examples.

As the only person who downvoted the new name, I should say that it's still too ambiguous for me. The name indicates nothing that it's about dirty thoughts.

The two tropes do not support the idea of only dirty thoughts. Insults, sarcastic quips, and "secret" plans are examples on both trope pages.
