Sandbox. Not Always Evil is the current trope description, but with a different name.
Sandbox.Good All Along is the current trope name, but is a different trope.

Any other thoughts? This is basically Launch Displacement. Good All Along -> Not Always Evil (or whatever title we choose.)

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Good job, but Sandbox.Good All Along needs a longer description.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanI wrote a description to work with, but I can't say I like it much. I'm kind of tired.
The character that was Good All Along is an antagonistic or apparently villainous force that will generally be working against the hero of the story. Their motives are usually unclear, but in the end (and often at the worst time) it turns out that they were trying to do the right thing all along. And now you destroyed their army, so who's going to fight off those demons?
I just realized that this is very similar to Reverse Mole. It even misuses Good All Along in the description. But our definition of Good All Along is broader (or at least it should be, since Good All Along is not exclusive to moles). Reverse Mole needs some changing in the description to be a subtrope. Otherwise, we'll have a duplicate trope.

Clocking.
Move it or lose it.
...if you don’t love you’re dead, and if you do, they’ll kill you for it.Any other thoughts? I really don't want this to die.

Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight! So, Sandbox.Good All Along needs a longer description, but other than that, theses are ready to launch. Anyone want to help with the description? I'll try writing one tonight if not.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Could you please give this one a little more time? I haven't been able to write a description yet, and wicks still need to be sorted. I should have a description soon.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Sorry for the tipple post. I wrote a description for Sandbox.Good All Along.
For Sandbox. Not Always Evil, I removed the following:
"Compare Ineffectual Sympathetic Villain. Compare and Contrast Evil All Along. May result in a Heel–Face Turn (but that barely ever happens)."
and added:
"This trope should not be confused with Good All Along, which applies to a character who was thought to be a bad guy, but is revealed to have always been good."
Likewise, Sandbox.Good All Along refers to the Not Always Evil being under this name.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Based on experience, you might try to write a more detailed "this is my proposed course of action" post. People who can't figure out that easily will otherwise ignore feedback requests.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard Feynman Thanks for the tip.
My plan of action is this:
- Rename Good All Along to Not Always Evil because of misuse, since the name implies that it is the opposite of Evil All Along, when it's actually a subversion of Always Chaotic Evil.
- Create a new trope Called Good All Along, which is the exact opposite of Evil All Along and related to Reverse Mole.
- Sandbox.Good All Along is the proposed replacement for the current trope's name, and is the opposite of Evil All Along.
- Sandbox. Not Always Evil is the proposed name change of the current trope, which is a subversion of Always Chaotic Evil.
- All of the examples have been sorted into these sandboxes due to massive misuse. The description for Sandbox. Not Always Evil was slightly altered, and Sandbox.Good All Along has an entirely new description.
- Go through wicks and fix the ones that should direct to Not Always Evil.
I would like some feedback on this plan before I launch these sandboxes.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.Re-clocked. What still needs to be done?
I like it.
Rhetorical, eh? ... Eight!Throwing my headband into the ring as well.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanHaven't checked this in a while. I'm going to make the changes.
Okay. Made the switch.
Going through the wicks. There was much... much more misuse than proper use, so after the rename, most of these don't need to be changed.
Could someone please explain what Touhou is an example of? I'm seeing it all the time, and I'm not sure which of these fits. I am completely unfamiliar with it.

Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed.I'm sure there's a thread for it in the Video Game forums.
Is this done? Or are there still wicks after T that need to be done?
I've gone through the examples. 99% of them match the current definition. The others, I directed to Not Always Evil. So, I think we're done.
Image Source. Please update whenever an image is changed. You forgot the discussion move. I'll ask for that and thread closure.
"For a successful technology, reality must take precedence over public relations, for Nature cannot be fooled." - Richard FeynmanDone. Locking up.
I don't know which one was meant here, though.
