If anyone is playing Diablo III and could get a screencap of their character wielding, say, a spear and dagger, that would be really awesome.
Isn't that exactly like Hilde?
Check out my fanfiction!Hilde looks like she's carrying a sword to me, even if it may be gladius-length. It works, but a dagger would be a bigger contrast to the spear. Come to think about it, a monk wielding a spear and a fist weapon would be an even greater contrast.
EDIT: I found this◊ but I dunno so much that a torch would count for this.

I wouldn't count a torch really.
If I still played Ever Quest II, I'd snap up a screenahot of a character duel wielding a sword and a bo staff or a spear and a mace. :/
Clock is set.
So yeah, my current votes are for either 2.1 or 5.2.

Makes sense.
The two I just suggested and the hoplite should definitely go in. Did any others have significant support?

The description emphasizes that the weapons are not being wielded simultaneously, so I voted Hilde down and the Hoplite up. I guess I don't technically need to explain this when it's just a crowner, but I feel like a lot of people are missing the point. It's about switching weapons, and the more awkward it is to do so the better.
That was kind of my point before. It's not about Dual Wielding. It's about actually switching weapons.

Check out my fanfiction!Bump for votes; right not the hoplite's the only option in the green.
Pre-weekend bump for votes.
OK: It's been 8 days and the hoplite's been the only pic in the green since then. It's up and tagged. I am using this as a precedent, by the way.
Not potholed as I do not know the source. Caption ideas?

Hearing nothing, let's lock up.
Crown Description:
Nominations for replacement images:
Her moveset involved using both at the same time, long and short range attacks.
I did notice the scabbard, but I think that a pic of someone wielding both weapons would be best.
