Darn, I was hoping it was the Alien Duck-men that play hockey Mighty Ducks rather than the down on their luck kid's sports team mighty ducks.
Rey walks around in Galaxy's Edge and the character actors are far more interactive in that section of the park than in others. I've heard stories of Rey recruiting visitors to help with a Rebel mission or other cute things.

What could they do differently with a Mighty Ducks reboot? The original is pretty evergreen, nothing that really places it as a product of the early 90s (and you can say the same about the sequels as well).
Aw nuts, the folks at YouTube took down one of my favorite videos from there. :( It was the clip of Sleeping Beauty where Flora and Merrywether cast their color-changing spells at the same time and turned Aurora's dress into a Picasso.

Thought this was kinda hilarious. Meghan Markle was just announced for a voiceover deal with Disney, and apparently that deal was traced to a brief impromptu chat with Bob Iger at the Lion King remake premiere. And there's video of that chat.
