Prematurely launched pages and pages that weren't fully fleshed out at the point of launching, are a big problem. Since these usually share several problems at once, this thread is aimed at re-running them through the TLP for fixing - the usual fix - or cutting them if they are too bad.
Problems this thread deals with include bad names, not enough/bad examples, unclear description, etc.

Note: Please do not request a mod to unlaunch drafts that don't have any issues besides lacking a launch notice/24hr launch notice. While 24hr launch notices are mandatory, there are a few exceptions to the rule. If you see a draft's sponsor launch a TLP without an announcement, it's best to remind them of our TLP Guidelines first. If they continue to repeatedly launch drafts without a launch notice, you can report them on Ask The Tropers or the TLP Community Issues thread.

Armor Meter Points should not be split. When the concept can cover 1) the two appearing together and 2) examples that are neither points nor meter, we'll need the page as it is.
In fact, I'd propose for Life Meter and Hit Points to be merged.

- The only Other example is Spyro's and it's a Point system where the numbers are abstracted into colors.
And it explains its Meter well enough that I'd allow it on Armor Meter, after some hesitation.
As it says:
All computer-based uses of armor in this fashion must use some Armor Points under the hood, even if the numbers are abstracted away to the user.
The only relevant thing I would say wouldn't fit, is if you randomized the outcome on each hit, like:
- There's a scale going from "Undamaged" to "Slightly Damaged" to "partially damaged" to "really damaged" to "scraps" to "no armor"... And an attack can take you from Undamaged to any other point on that scale...
In which case I'd say "Armor Points, but very Randomized Damage".

So I've had a message stating something about my recent creation of the Video Game/Project Resistance page. I specifically mentioned that people could work on it as they saw fit, since I'm still a bit of a newbie when it comes to full-on pages. I just wanted to get it up and running somewhat.
If Sirin was the main protagonist... Kinda, anyway.
You have a good start, but as per How to Create a Work's Page, we do ask for at least 3 tropes, cross-linked, and the page on at least one index. I advise looking at the other Resident Evil pages for tropes to crib.
Should we call the crowner now, or try and advertise it to see if we get more votes?

There's nothing to discuss about those two. 1) it's a very old thread, 2) I won't go so far as to actually suggest merging them. I'm only suggesting that we shouldn't repeat the mistake.

While I see your position as wanting to keep them together because you don't see a difference between representing values using the precision of usually integer numbers and using an imprecise meter, which are usually un-gradated.

In terms of how they work, Armor hit points and regular hit points work differently so I see the value of this trope.

Sorry to interrupt, but can Rock is Authentic, Pop is Shallow be checked? Seems the OP launched this in the middle of discussion. The comment section on the draft has spoken on broadening this with other music genres, and the OP had started a crowner for this, but there's no link given.
