Body Wipe seems good for at least some of these variants. Not Eat the Camera, for example.

I think Eat the Camera could be separate, but not Sit on the Camera. How do I vote for one but not the other?

About half of the examples in Sit on the Camera would work. So I don't think it should be separate either.
Adding crowner options that deal with them separately seems like the most logical way to get that into the crowner.

Well, the current leader does say "with the possible exceptions", so we can run a second crowner about those two possible exceptions, since that option doesn't specify what to do with them.

I think the idea was to settle what to do with those based on the non-exclusive other option in the crowner rather than start a whole new crowner just for them, so adding two more non-exclusive options to this crowner (as I see someone already did) is a sensible thing to do.

Yeah, that's my problem too. I don't really like the name, but it does seem to be the existing name for it, which makes it a lot harder to argue against.

I think Sit On... is entangling two different things into a single chimaera trope - sitting on the camera, and sitting on an enemy combatant (as deliberate or accidental humiliation). The former is not terribly distinct from the rest of these tropes, but the latter has nothing to do with them.
I do think Body Wipe is at least not as terrible a name than what we started with, but it still isn't that great.
