What are the longest and shortest tracks in you music library?

You could say so. I don't have that much music from them, but what little I have and have listened to is pretty good. Some songs really pull you in, being quite interesting in both music, composition and lyrics. Also, Steve Rothery's playing is amazing. Love those solos.

I'll do my Android smartphone playlist, which consists almost entirely of Vocaloid songs.

Longest: 'Alice in Musicland' by Hatsune Miku, Rin and Len Kagamine, Kaito and Meiko, which is 11:58. I dunno if it counts since it's more like a musical, but if not then 'Daughter of White' by Yowane Haku, which is exactly 8 minutes.

Shortest: 'Story About a Poor Rabbit' by Kaito, which is 1:19.

This thread popping back up reminded me that I have a new shortest: "Miracle Cure" by The Who at 0:12.

Shortest: The "Solved a Puzzle" jingle from the Shantae Risky's Revenge soundtrack at 4 seconds.

Longest: The "Finale" movement of Beethoven's Ninth Symphony (aka Ode to Joy) at 25 minutes and 8 seconds.

Shortest: Napalm Death-You Suffer. 0.5 seconds.

Orbital's 28 minute mix of "The Box" has been dethroned. The longest track in my collection is now Fela Kuti's "Look and Laugh" (30:47).

Shortest: "Yeah" on Made in Heaven by Queen, 0:04 (it's actually the final "Yeah!" on "It's a Beautiful Day (Reprise)"—I don't know why they decided to split it into its own track).

Longest: "Dazed and Confused" live version from The Song Remains the Same by Led Zeppelin, 26:52.

The longest would be The End and The Beginning by Stewart Copeland, clocking at 24:50. Shortest? An unnamed track from an unreleased score (also by Stewart Copeland), which is only 13 seconds long.

Shortest: Sun's Song from Zelda: Ocarina of Time at 0:06

Longest: Symphony No. 9 in D Minor, "The Choral" by Ludwig Van Beethoven at 1:05:38

For me it would be these two, the first is on a tablet while the second is on a CD, if this is about just tablets, ipods etc., then I don't know what the shortest actually is.

Shortest: Ain't No Thang But a Chicken Wang by The Dixie Chicks (0:01)
